Location is good, about 10 ~ 15 minutes walk from Sekiuchi Station. It is convenient because there are shopping streets and supermarkets in front of you. However, the room was terrible. It is old. The air conditioning is not effective at all, and the shower room has no ventilation fan, and it has been squeezed for a long time, and the temperature adjustment of the shower bath is not good (the type of temperature and cold is adjusted by oneself). The worst thing was that the room provided as a non-smoking room is not a non-smoking room. Of course, I didn't have an ashtray now, but I thought I could provide it as a non-smoking room in that state. I don't think smokers care, but the whole hotel smells terrible from the time they are on the elevator. I think that the hotel is old, so I used all of it as a smoking room and recently provided it as a non-smoking room, but the smell of the yankees that rust into the room is really bad and bad smell I can't sleep at night . I was scheduled to stay for a consecutive night but only １ nights and changed to other hotels nearby. I stayed in one room on the ８ floor this time, but I would definitely not recommend it to anyone who doesn't like tobacco smell. I chose this place because of the cheapness, but it was a mistake for me, especially sensitive to the smell of cigarettes. This is definitely value for money for Japan. Standard is high in Japan, but stay at this hotel was pleasant. Good central location. Small room but that is pretty standard here. All amenities provided and pyjamas. Comfortable bed. Helpful friendly staff. Good reliable internet. Nice Italian place to eat next to the hotel.

There is a place nearby and stay in Totsuka. The city is a bed town near Tokyo. I think it is a good place to inbound to know daily life. The building and facilities felt old, but they were renovated and did not become uncomfortable. The room chooses a single Japanese modern. Flooring of trees instead of tatami mats. I think I'm putting a board on the buffer material, but it's hard floor. Because it was the top floor, the view was good and comfortable. Breakfast was a small bowl (cup?) buffet, but I was impressed by the attitude of trying to enjoy the buffet. I would like to stay again if I have a chance.

The hotel is conveniently located near Sakuragichō station. Room is bigger than expected. 👍 We didn't try the spa because they charge extra. Breakfast buffet was great, lots of different Japanese style options and even matcha ice cream 🍨😊

Visited Yokohama with another friend, the hotel is easy to find from JR station as it has a big logo haha, staffs with good attitude and 24hour lounge for some tea and coffee, also has microwave and washing machine service. The front desk was helpful to keep delivery for me received before my arrival to the hotel. The hotel is also near to the sightseeing places in Yokohama. Convenient and overall good experience!
