It is still under renovation, the bed is relatively soft, the front desk is very patient, the language is not good, but they used translation software to type out the words for us one by one.

Stayed for one night and met three different front desk staffs. They were very friendly and handled all kinds of matters smoothly. The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. The location was better than I thought. It was close to the butcher's street and there were good Chinese restaurants nearby. The common tourist spots or dessert shops in York were basically within 10 minutes' walk. The bed was very soft. I was worried about back pain, but it was very soft and supportive. I slept very well and felt at ease. The shower switch in the bathroom was a twist switch, which was not very convenient for me. It might be better to add a non-slip cover on it. There was no bottled water in the room, so friends who arrived in York late to check in must prepare enough water if they can't accept drinking tap water. By the way, it would be better if the water in the toilet could indicate whether it was drinkable, which would be more friendly to international guests. In short, it is a five-star recommendation. If I come to York again, I will definitely stay here. It was a perfect night. There is a bus directly to the train station, two pounds one way, visa or cash is acceptable.
