房間乾淨衞生，服務態度很好

我非常遺憾地寫下這篇差評，因為這次的住宿體驗遠遠低於了我對一家正規酒店的基本期望。從踏入酒店大堂的那一刻起，我的旅程就被一層厚重的失望所籠罩。 首先，酒店的服務態度讓人難以接受。前台接待人員面無表情，對於我的詢問顯得極不耐煩，彷彿我衹是打擾了他們平靜生活的不速之客。辦理入住手續時，缺乏基本的禮貌和熱情，讓我這個遠道而來的客人瞬間感受到了冰冷與忽視。這種冷漠的服務態度，與任何一家宣稱提供“賓至如歸”體驗的酒店都格格不入。 更糟糕的是，當我滿懷期待地打開房間門時，一股難以形容的黴味和臭味撲鼻而來，幾乎讓我當場窒息。房間內光線昏暗，牆紙剝落，牆角更是明顯可見黴菌滋長的痕跡。床單看似久未更換，帶着一股潮濕的氣息。我無法想象，這樣的環境竟然被允許作為客人的住宿之所，簡直是對顧客健康安全的極端漠視。

房間非常潮，沒有陽光，燈光昏暗，像**的環境！對客人物品的打掃清理收存非常糊弄，客房服務響應慢！

This is the accommodation we chose to tour the cherry blossom pond. It's a little far. However, everything is forgiven because there is more to see in Dohwawon than I expected. If you are a tourist, be sure to explore the cave all the way to the end. It is worth a visit. The accommodation was more uncomfortable than I expected. It's an old building, so the decoration is old. It was inconvenient that the toilet and shower were separated at both ends of the room. And since there were stairs, it was difficult to carry bags. The breakfast place was located in a corner of the hotel, so it was inconvenient to find. There wasn't much to eat. It's not 4 star, it's 3 star.

Except that the sign is not very obvious, the location and environment are very good. The Taohuayuan scenic area is just outside the restaurant window, and it takes ten minutes to walk to Taohuayuan Square and Youyang Ancient City.

Treasure Hotel, very good experience, will come again next time.
