Everything is good and lovely except the fact that they are doing a rehaul on their aircondition system, causing the rooms to not be airconditioned. It was extremely stuffy and they didn't mention this issue to us when we checked-in till we called the front desk and asked. They sent us a fan after the call which helped with the stuffiness, but it would have been better if they had been upfront about it.

During my stay, the hotel hosted a large local conference, and some minor problems occurred in the hotel service. Fortunately, there are Shenzhen Airlines employees like Manager Guo Hua who do their best to help the hotel win back customers. Hotel management is not easy, and reputation is accumulated bit by bit. Manager Guo's crisis public relations ability made up for the shortcomings in service. I hope the hotel will cherish such employees and truly fulfill Shenzhen Airlines' promise of ”first class on land”.

I came to Yucheng to see Yongle Palace and Guangren Wang Temple. I chose this hotel. The entrance is the 109 bus from Yuncheng District to Yucheng County. The traffic is very convenient. Going to Yongle Palace for a taxi for 8 yuan will be done, and sharing bicycles at that time will also be fine. The hotel service was quite powerful. The hotel lobby staff personally guided us to the corresponding floor and sent fruit in the afternoon. Before the check-out the next day, the hotel staff also helped us clean the room. When the front desk checked out, they also sent a small gift (blind box). I was so happy.

設施挺好的，每個房間都有大浴池，去過南方山裡民宿，一直覺得我們垣曲不差可以有一個像樣的民宿或酒店，所以知道開業第一時間帶着家人就來了，接待人員業務還不熟但是挺盡心盡力的，周圍還在修繕，想帶孩子去牧場下午兩點多太曬了，五六點終於涼快了結果就關門了，細節有待加強啊，牆上蜘蛛網，沙發上污漬，以及踢腳線，這才開業幾天，時間長不及時修復就被造成什麼樣兒了，早餐有點敷衍，這個住宿價格最起碼咖啡要有吧。整體感覺就是標準的衹有空殼的**網紅打卡點～

I wonder if I can see inside if I turn on the lights at night. Also, the food in his restaurant is delicious, the portion is not small, and the breakfast is rich. The coffee delivered is also delicious.

The best hotel in Yucheng is currently, the daughter-in-law is Fenglingdu, and I have to go back to Fenglingdu for a few days every year, this time is no exception. 1. The hotel opened in 19 years, because it is checked in every year, the facilities are well maintained and relatively new. The towels in the room feel a bit old. 2. The location is in the Impression Fengling Scenic Area, not far from the town, it is very convenient to drive and take a taxi. 3. The front desk supervisor Mo Yan received professional reception, warm and polite. A few shortcomings: 1. Some front desk clerks should indeed improve the level. On the first day, there were two free bottles of mineral water in the room. When I asked for it the next day, I said that the room did not provide bottled water because there was direct drinking water. But now the small hotel guest house provides free bottled water every day is a convention, right? 2. The hotel gym is outsourced. I started to want to go to the gym. I consulted the front desk and said that I had to get a hand card. The hand card was valid for 24 hours. The second time I went to re-update the hand card. But the gym supervisor personally called to communicate, and reiterated that if you want to stay in the store and get the room card, you can go to the gym any time. This attitude is 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. In short, in Fenglingdu and Shaoguan, the best hotel is the Yi monk view, it is recommended to stay.
