Great location, bang in the centre of the town. The hotel is a bit dated, but carries its pedigree with grace. themed with all the old archeological history of the Yuyao town, it like living in a mini musuem. Breakfast lacks international fare, but that is expected at the moment from most hotels in China, i guess it will get better as the international visitors start travelling more to China.

Xiaobo at the front desk saw that our family of three upgraded to a family room, contacted me on WeChat to eat at the local restaurant in the hotel, and asked me to go to the front desk to get a 50 coupon. The hotel is old, I booked a room with a bathtub, they gave me one without it. When I complained they sent me to a room that the air conditioner was veeery old and wasn’t working. It was very hot, more than 30 degrees. I had to change the room 4 times until they gave me one reasonable.
