Very good hotel out of Amsterdam. Only 12min by train to reach central station. Simple but comfortable room and very good breakfast buffet. Much cheaper than in Amsterdam center. Nice and friendly people at the front desk Deeply recommended

De staff is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamer was schoon en alles was er. Ik was mijn ketting vergeten, de manager belde binnen het uur en hij stuurde de dag zelf mijn ketting nog op ! Eerlijk en effectief : I love it !! Bedden en kussens zijn goed.

This hotel is not in a good location for amsterdam. I got the 3 day travel ticket for us all then had to pay extra to get to zaadam. Allow 1 hour to get from hotel to centre of Amsterdam. It can be a trek in and out of zaadam to go.in and out. The hotel is clean. We stayed 3 nights, our room was never made up, had to ask for fresh towel. It lacks any atmosphere,the welcome was very meagre. It's overpriced , not offering breakfast for a room costing 255 per night. Overpriced and not friendly, I def would be choosing closer to Amsterdam if I come back. Overall ...4 /10 on location,poor welcome, no atmosphere and no room clean,sorry

Zeer prettige ontvangst, direct vragen of we wat willen drinken. Koffie en thee de hele dag gratis beschikbaar. Op loop afstand van centrum Zaandam. Kamer schoon en netjes ingericht, alles nieuw. Zeer goede bedden. 2 nachten overnacht en geen herrie van buiten. Een topper en komen zeker terug.

Aller eerst complimenten naar de receptioniste “ella” . Zij heeft ons uitstekend geholpen en stond bereid wanneer wij met vragen kwamen. Het bed was tevens zacht en de lobby zag er netjes en schoon uit. Bovendien kregen we ook gratis koffie en thee aangeboden wat een zeker pluspunt was. Ik raad dit hotel zeker aan en wij komen hier gauw nog eens!

The hotel looks hip, but we missed the "soul". When we arrived there was a large dog poop just next to the door. Too bad none of the staff bothered to clean it up... On day 3 the turd was still there... The staff is friendly, but they don't have the hotel in their hearts. The breakfast was minimal. We find a large jar of jam and chocolate that already had several knives in it less pleasant. Better provide a spoon and small jars so that we don't find bread or butter from previous guests in those jars... Canned fruit is less tasty. The room was clean, the bed was good. The bathroom is extremely small.

My husband & I found this hotel on the website, we arrived to welcoming staff. Room & breakfast were excellent. Management & staff went out of their way to help and trated like family The location was great. We would highly recommend this hotel. Thanks for a great stay.

Great Hotel in Zaandam, peaceful and friendly ambient. Public transport is in walking distance and it takes 20 minutes to reach Amsterdam Central by train. Rooms are nice and cozy, and very clean.The staff is excellent, very helpful and friendly. Also they have complimentary coffee in the lobby which is very good.

Very beautiful hotel The hotel has just opened and everything is very beautiful. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom very functional Small kettle with coffee and tea It is possible to park the car for free in the street in the evening There is a bar and restaurants nearby
