Wow what can I say, we arrived at about 11am I was expecting to have to wait for the room but no it was ready. Abdul helped load the cases onto the golf buggy and off we went to our amazing apartment. We were in room 101 which had the most amazing views and a completely private swimming pool. My husband had recently had two major operations and we needed a place to relax and do nothing - this was the place. Abdul would come in the golf buggy and take us to breakfast - which was amazing - then he would return us to the room for the day which we spent sleeping, reading books or swimming. Come evening Abdul, again , came and dropped us at the restaurant for lovely freshly cooked meals and then would take us back again This holiday did us both the world of good and all the staff were amazing and so helpful. On the penultimate day we looked to try and stay for another week but they were fully booked so we unfortunately had to return home but we are looking forward to returning next year xx

This Hotel is absolut amazing. The Managment, Staff, Food, Location an Rooms are Perfect. We loved it so much there. They got for everything solutions. Also recommend to Book The Tours with The Hotel. Thank you for everything. All The best 🤍

Wir haben den Vergleich zu einem 5 Sterne Hotel auf Kreta in diesem Jahr. Ebenfalls eine Suite mit Privatpool. Das Frühstück im St John ist maximal 3 Sterne wert: keine Auswahl an Brot bzw. Brötchen (nur weißes Toastbrot), Mini Schale Obst (Melone und Weintrauben), keine Auswahl an Joghurt , Kaffee ist magenschonend, Käse und Wurstscheiben von Lidl. Die fertigen Teller werden serviert. Satt wird man auf jeden Fall. Das Personal ist super freundlich und serviceorientiert, die Suten und Pool werden täglich gereinigt, daran gibt es nichts zu beanstanden.

Stayed in a suite it was very nice. Best bits were the quiet. It’s easy enough to walk into Tsilivi but it’s down quite a steep hill. We had a taxi back at night (€10) as walking up the hill looked too much like hard work. Staff were excellent and the room was very clean. I would recommend this place for a quiet restful week.

These villas are situated at the top of a hill giving fabulous sea views over the bay of Tsilivi. Clean, comfortable and roomy. Pool is beautiful. Resort is very family / couple orientated with great selection of bars/ tavernas and shops. The hill up to villa is epic in the heat. You can get taxis I believe but we chose to walk. Lots to do locally including boat trips. We also walked to Tsilivi watepark Brilliant holiday location in beautiful island Things to note - some of villa furnishings and fixtures a little dated- especially bathrooms - in our villa, all showers were over bath so may be tricky if reduced mobility climbing in and out. Overall very good resort for family holiday

Fantastic value for money complex.We are repeating clients and we will return again. Mrs. Narkis, the manager is fantastic and makes the guests feel "at home". The restaurant is also very good. I vote with a full "five". I propose everyone who chooses this island, to consider St. John.

Mrs Narcis, the manager, is the most helpful person. She arranges everything for her guests. The Villa’s are lovely, pool is nice and clean, views are stunning. I would definitely recommend it! The food and roomservice were delicious. The golf carts made it extra special.
