But it is a pity that the hotel's service and staff training do not meet the standards of a five-star hotel at all. The service and hardware facilities do not match at all, and the responsibilities of the front office waiters are not clearly defined. The most intolerable thing is breakfast. During our stay, there were almost no waiters to serve us during breakfast. There is no self-service drink, so you have to wait for the waiter to refill your drink, which takes 20 minutes. Even milk, eggs, coffee, you can't get these things by yourself, you need to order them. I don't even know that these things are available, because during our entire meal, no one came to ask us if we wanted to order food, we just Go to the self-service area to pick up some desserts, bread and fruits.

If you want to upgrade from only breakfast to dinner, you need to pay 50 euros per person per day. Thank God I didn't upgrade, because there is a street about 600 meters away from the back door of Olea, and there are many restaurants to choose from. 30 euros per person is very satisfying. The environment of Olea is good, and my complaints are all about catering!
