Marelen Hotel Zakynthos

Absolutely amazing hotel - from the second we arrived, the staff made us feel like family. The amenities are great - from the multiple pools to the bars, everything is high quality. The buffet breakfast and dinners are so tasty and there is a really good variety - there’s something for everyone. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Amazing Hotel & Staff. We normally book self catering due to my fiancé being a fussy eater, we decided to go B&B and he managed to find more things than my self, best buffet breakfast we’ve ever had. Quality and value of the pool bar was also really good. Adults only pool was so peaceful & quiet. The eden bar was lovely to enjoy a cocktail before going back to our room in the evening. Hotel is also a short walk from shops, beach & restaurants, perfect location: Would 100% stay here again.

By far the best hotel in the area. Stayed several times before but it is better than ever now. Everything so clean and the staff are very friendly. Th breakfast was absolutely amazing enhanced by the freshly squeezed orange juice. So much variety and well presented food too. The beds by the adult pool are very comfy and the provision of pool side towels is also a bonus. Don't hesitate to book. Very convenient for the ***** and the beach too, I have stayed in other hotels in Kalamaki but this one is the best by far.

Best hotel from the check in to the lovely guy that showed us & carried suitcase for us the waiters don’t stop clearing plates/ tables which means no insects ect. Housekeeping / chefs must also get a mention for their amazing work 10/10. We were half board & only ate out once as there was such a lovely variety every day. Our room over looked the adult pool which we absolutely loved. Occasionally we had lunch poolside or you can have a takeaway to eat on the balcony I kept bottle of wine in our fridge. Location was perfect we enjoyed walking along the beach to Laganas looking for loggerhead turtles in the sea.

Just spent a week in this wonderful hotel, super friendly people, the staff and management, 1 for 1 are all toppers there ! The room, the bed, the food and drinks are great, clean hotel = everywhere score is 10/10 Thanks to Marelen ❤️ grtz to all !

We spent 2 weeks here for the first time last September 2023, and we had a wonderful relaxing holiday. When we arrived we were greeted by lovely Sevi and Sophia on reception and our bags were kindly taken to our room. The hotel is immaculate, everything kept so clean and the staff go the extra mile. We were allocated a lovely quiet room looking over the gardens and house keeping was excellent where Nicolleta really looked after us with a lovely smile everyday. The pool area you had no problems getting sun beds (you can hire towels for pool and get money back when you leave), and the main pool bar gave excellent service and would bring you drinks to your bed. Dionisis looked after us all day with drinks and also a really good food menu. Would highly recommend the club sandwich for a snack. Also Denia and Manos gave excellent service and conversation. We ate in the restaurant 3 times and food was really good and always plenty to choose from and you had a choice of eating inside or out by the pool. Tomas who ran the restaurant was very attentive and professional and we always got a smiling welcome from Andreas who always smelt lovely. The bar on a night also was very nice and sometimes had live music on. We didn’t do breakfast but we heard it was really good. One thing I will say is that there was an medical emergency one morning with a guest in their room, and the staff reacted immediately very professionally and knew what to do and an ambulance arrived within 10 minutes, which gives you confidence in this hotel. We enjoyed this hotel so much we have booked again for 2 weeks in September this year but upgraded and included breakfast. Would highly recommend.

we stayed at Marelen for 7 nights on B&B and it was amazing to say the least, I am currently a apprentice travel consultant and I will absolutely be recommending this to my customers, so they can have as much a magical experience as we did!
