As a family of 3 we stayed here for a week , I was a little worried before arriving because off the recent bad reviews, we have stayed at plenty of 5 starts in the last 6 years mainly turkey and there hotels are impressive, we had a lovely stay there is definitely a chilled vibe different to what we're use to but I loved it , I found the food absolutely fine what you expect to be honest and if you expect hot food and lots more choice then you will be paying double or triple the price, the pool was lovely and the beach was also lovely you habe the turtles right on your door step , we hired a boat on the beach by the hotel which was perfect abd saw turtle, the only negatives to me which didn't massively effect our holiday but we do like is waiter service round the pool you had to que to get a drink most times but not to long, evenings they had some waiter service but not enough so same , also we had a tiny bathroom for a family room and the shower leaked, i could of complained but we decided we didn't want the hassle of moving, over all great location and great hotel I would rate it a 4.5 .

One of the best hotels ive been to! The staff are so welcoming and sweet everything was perfect from the room to the food to the beach. Every day was an adventure and i would recommend to anyone travelling to zakynthos. Its amazing! The rooms were cleaned everyday, spotless! There were so many different food places to choose from which made every night exciting! You had live shows and classes around the hotel! The spa was one of my favourites i felt so relaxed. Adrian left a mark he was the most welcoming host as well as Leni who helped in every aspect he could. The staff in general were some of the nicest people ive met and they made my whole experience in Zakynthos absolutely memorable. I suggest everyone book their tickets now because you will definitely not regret it!

Just stayed here for 7 nights for our family holiday and is the first time we have not been ready to leave. From start to finish it was a truly enjoyable relaxing and luxury stay. There was a few disappointments as the bar on the evening was not big enough and not enough staff so could of been waiting a while to get served, but a special mention to Sabrine behind the bar as she always had a smile on her face and made us laugh with not allowing us to order cocktails until we pronounced them properly. The other disappointment was the pressure on the shower in the room was not the best but was not the be all or end all of the holiday. The positives are the staff in all the restaurants, the quality of the food and choices were fantastic in fact we visited the Greek Meze twice as we could not make our mind up on the courses. The lifeguard and pool areas were perfect, just the steps in and out of the pool blended in with the pool floor and could do with a black marking on the edge to avoid any injuries. The smell of the hotel when you enter was beautiful was gutted that the shop was not open to be able to purchase the scented candles or reed diffuser so might have to come back just to purchase these, any excuse to return to a fantastic hotel.

Have just returned from a week at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel was amazing. Spotlessly clean and everything looked new. staff were faultless. Polite friendly and extremely helpful. Beautiful food and the a la carte restaurants were fantastic. I do have to bring to your attention the fact that the ice cream freezer by the pool needs some attention. When i opened it there were dead flies all around the edge and the sliding tops were very dirty. I am sure you will rectify this. Apart from that one small thing perfect.

Rooms - 5/5 Rooms were OK but the bathroom was tiny and we had really low water pressure. It was miraculously fixed when I complained. Food - 1/5 Really poor quality. Breakfast was ok but lunch and dinner were 3 star at best. A la carte restaurants were really difficult to book and were only open 3 days per week. Meze restaurant was the best. The hotel made a big fuss about cool living but it was basically a room where you got nibbles and drinks. Entertainment - 1/5 Twice a week in the evening and very average. I would expect entertainment every night at the price of the holiday. Pool - 1/5 Needs upgrading. Pool bar had very limited choice. Soft drinks were awful. Spa - 4/5 Lovely but expensive. Service - 2/5 Sometimes non existent. You have to queue at the bars! No service in pool area. Compared to some other 5 star properties we’ve been to, this hotel is not value for money at all. Feel quite disappointed that I spent my hard earned money on this trip.

As a travel professional of many years and having visited many hotels for business and pleasure I feel fairly well qualified to write this review. Firstly, this is a nice hotel in a nice setting however, there are quite a few things that are not good enough considering the high costs of the hotel. The staff want to help, however, there is very little communication between them. On our check the member of staff had no idea of our room or our booking conditions. the rooms are nice, but the blocks are tired and you would expect far more from a 5* hotel. The cool inclusive package is ridiculous and not worth it at all - there is very little you get. The selling point is that you get a stocked mini bar, however, this is only on arrival and not filled again, this seems very poor of a premium all inclusive package - I have stayed in 5* hotels with optics in the room and a fully stocked fridge every day. The staff and many other guests all appeared very confused by what the cool inclusive means and they need to do a lot more staff training. There is a lounge you have access to, however, we were never told about this, had it explained to us or ever saw it open. There are some drinks that you still have to pay more for even on the Cool Living, however, there is no difference between the standard package and the upgrade. Every night I ordered Jack Daniels, only to be told on the last evening it was part of the premium package - the staff had no idea and this seemed very unreasonable when you are paying on average an extra £40 per night extra - the whiskey isn't a 18 year old malt! Other guests were equally confused when we were there and also expected far more. The buffet is good and well stocked, however, it seems unreasonable that you can only book the other restaurants once each during your stay - this gives very little variation in food options and again not quite what you world expect of a 5* hotel. by the end of our stay it was very repetitive. Finally, I would avoid staying here with older children, other than the pool there is nothing for them to do on site. There isn't a games room, pool table, table tennis, games court or anything like that to keep them entertained. Overall we had a god trip and the hotel is nice, it just isnt worth a 5* rating and the prices they charge. They need a shift in approach to deserve this status. I would suggest looking at the other top hotels in Zante or neighbouring islands
