The room is very average, but I have seen that it is considered OK locally. The interior settings of European hotels are just like this, but the garden and the beach are still very beautiful.

Great stay at Galaxy
The location of the resort is amazing and along the Laganas beach ***** which offers lots of eating options and nice sunset evening strolls as well as a few club like restaurants for youngsters. Galaxy itself offered nice live music and evening entertainment daily. The water is calm and shallow so perfect for non-swimmers and very young children.

Das Badezimmer ist schlimm, vor allem die Dusche! Voller schwarzem Schimmel.
Die Wasserhahnen am Lavabo waren mit Kalk und Grünspan bedeckt. ausserdem war es sehr klein, 2 Personen kommen nicht aneinander vorbei.
Das war nicht die Schuld des Reinigungspersonals; dieses hat das Beste gegeben. Es liegt vielmehr an der schlechten Wartung des gesamtem Zimmers. Alles ziemlich alt und entspricht keinesfalls einem 5 Sterne Hotel.. Die Insel ist sehr schön und sehenswert, jedoch würden wir keinesfalls mehr das Galaxy Beach Resort wählen!

Went as a couple late season and had a nice relaxing week. The hotel itself was nice, few things in the room that could’ve been tweaked to make it even better. Beds weren’t the most comfortable neither were pillows and the bathroom needed a good bleaching in places. Other than that rooms cleaned everyday, towels changed too. We stayed bed and breakfast, breakfast was average, plenty of choices but the hot breakfast wasn’t very hot, plates were in warmers but never switched on which didn’t make sense so when already luke warm food was put on the plate it went cold very quick! Only thing that was always hot was the baked beans. Laganas itself is a bit of a tip, couldn’t believe the amount of rubbish laying around, bags of uncollected rubbish outside now closed venues. Plastic bottles and glasses strewn on the tide line of the beach! For a beach that hosts loggerhead turtles for nesting it does not paint a great picture of the community caring for these creatures one bit. Highlight of our stay was renting a boat and doing a trip to the keri caves which were absolutely beautiful. If I came back to Zakynthos I would definately try another part of the island, Laganas needs a huge tidy up! Galaxy beach resort was a three star at best imo

I liked how friendly and accommodating the staff was. I liked how clean the rooms were kept. I liked how close it was to the beach. There were always chairs and floaties available which made the experience really good.
The staff does need to be educated on the availiof recycling containers on the property. We were told there weren't any and ended up going off-site to find recycling containers. We later found them by the pool. Otherwise, it was a very nice stay.
