Klelia Beach Hotel by Zante Plaza

We are due to travel tomorrow for our 3rd stay in 6 Years. Why are we returning? We want quality, comfort and tranquility. The food is excellent and the location is perfect. The staff are amazing and it’s spotlessly clean. Oh and we hear they have sunshine. Fabulous place.

The staff is great! Cleaning Ladies is great! The hotel is fine.. I will give the hotel 4. The showers at the pool was out of order and the Beach was poor. Thats why I just give 4 and not 5. But I will give George in the bar 5 stars! He is awesome. Family Asmund

Not a 4star hotel. Our room was clean with a large comfortable bed but fixtures and fittings were very basic. Storage was open shelving and hanging, TV was about the size of a P. C. monitor. In the bathroom the enamel to the sink was scratched and the plating to the tap was flaking. The shower tray leaked making a puddle under the toilet basin. Food was OK but not 4 Star standard, furnishings in the dining area were basic. The pool area was clean but a few of the sunbeds were a bit worn. The best thing about the hotel is the location, both the beach and the main tourist areas are just a few minutes walk.

This is a fabulous hotel with lovely rooms ( pay the extra for the stunning sea view) The food is what you would expect from a good all inclusive hotel at least 3 meat dishes, a fish dish, 2 or 3 veggie dishes and a stunning selection of salad every meal. The major plus in this place is the staff from Catherine & Co in reception to our lovely cleaner ( room 802) to the fantastic Nokos the chef and Nikos the staff in the restaurant but the jewel in the crown is George who runs the bar, a more polite, respectful young man who is good at his job you will not find anywhere. The pool is fantastic with plenty of sunbeds for everyone. Our only disappointment with this holiday was the beach, you could not get into or swim in the sea due to an inordinate amount of nasty looking black seaweed, such a shame, clearly not the hotels fault tho. Fab greek hotel with amazing Greek staff. Yamas.

1st time at this hotel & was not disappointed. This is a lovely small hotel. We stayed in a Superior double which was really nice. Lots of food & drink on offer, rose & white wine on tap. Breakfast between 8-10am, lunch 12.30-2.30, snacks 3-5pm & dinner 7-9pm. Alcohol 11am-23pm. Staff really friendly especially George the barman. The rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard. Never failed to get a sun bed although it was only May when we went. Not sure if this will be different in high season. Will definitely be returning next year.

Having just spent two weeks at Klelia beach after we flew out to get married on the 1st June I think we learnt abit about the hotel. The staff are nothing but fantastic, kind, friendly, attentive. George who works on the bar is quintessentially the glue that holds it together into the evenings. He had a great repore with all of the hotel guest old and young! The restaurant staff are so kind and friendly and just a genuine pleasure! The food is perfectly fine. A bit of everything to suit everyone. Breakfast you could have everything from Cereal- full English- pancakes - pastries…. We lived off salads and different meats, fish and prawns, there were various potatoes, veg, rice and pasta options. If your a dessert type of person there were various options every meal time. . After two weeks it gets a bit samey but I do believe that is just all inclusive for you there are incredible restaurants all over Kalamaki/ Zante if you want something different The Rooms are well decorated and clean. The beds are hard… perfect for me but certainly not everyone’s cup of tea. I would like to mention the smell of the pipes, our room was fine but definitely certain rooms have a smell of like sewage. Especially the ones on a lower floor. The pool is immaculately cleaned, beds are older and could do with a refurb but we’re perfectly fine.you do have to be ready with your towels for a bed mind! Evening entertainment is questionable but nothing awful. Everything from Greek night to karaoke to an amazing band. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! They were incredible over my wedding morning, cleaning our room early so we could get ready. The staff members are just beautiful people with kind hearts and the hotel attracted a lot of kind people. We would recommend this hotel highly.

This is supposed to be a 4* hotel but it is not. Told where to find our room and totally shocked. Damp and mould by the door and worse the bed and sheets were wet. The smell was terrible. Eventually we were given another room but only after I said we would sleep in the reception. Many other guests had ongoing complaints about sewage smells. The food was poor, definitely not 4*, I’ve had better 3*. The dining area needs revamping, the chairs were stained and some had a wobbly leg ready to slip underneath , also a chair arm gave way, I only weigh 59kg. The staff were really helpful and friendly and the pool area was always kept clean.

this friendly boutique hotel was excellent,i will return,the staff were amazing,food choice was fab,clean rooms also and so close to beach,thw staff made the holiday,entertainment was fun,and the bar was well stocked.fab fab fab staff were informative in regards to area,lots of local quiet bars,gardens were so pretty

Just returned from here after a week away and it been our first ever visit to the Greek islands.Hotel is lovely and staff friendly and helpful. Food choice was very good and enjoyable. Rooms were comfy and cleaned everyday by a wonderful lady(sorry didn’t get name) Lovely area too within walking distance to the local bars/restaurants/shops in Kalamaki.
