This is the worst hotel experience of my life. If this sounds too much, here are the details: - We had a camp bed! I paid for a hotel to sleep on a camp bed! - The entrance door was broken. I informed them, but they never fixed it. - The air conditioner was making a terrible noise, so we had to turn it off at night. - The TV was not showing any channels. I informed them, and they told me there are no TV stations in Zante and to watch YouTube instead! I told them that this is not true, but they didn't respond. Also, the internet was terrible, so I had to connect the TV to my mobile data. - The refrigerator was too dirty and old. - They didn't clean the room one day before checkout.

Ίσως το χειρότερο κατάλυμα. η πόρτα ήταν πεσμένη και για να μπούμε στο δωμάτιο ο θόρυβος ήταν δυνατός ( είχαν ενημερωθεί κ θα την έφτιαχναν... ακόμα τπτ). είχαμε ενημερώσει για 4κλινο. είχε ένα διπλό κρεβάτι κ ένα ραντζο.. ΡΑΝΤΖΟ. η τηλεόραση διακοσμητική. δεν υπήρχαν κανάλια.. το ψυγειο κάθε φορά που το ανοίγαμε έπεφταν τα ράφια ( όταν ενημερώθηκαν είπαν πως τα είχε χαλάσει η προηγούμενη οικογένεια).. το αιρκοντισιον έκανε εκκωφαντικό θόρυβο και δεν το ανάψαμε πέρα από 1 φορά. για καθαριότητα δεν το συζητω. τους παρακαλούσαμε για χαρτιά υγείας και μας αγνοούσαν πήραμε στο σούπερ μάρκετ μόνοι μας. ΑΙΣΧΟΣ

Was really looking forward to staying here , pictures look lovely , but on arrival found it was quite rundown , that’s the only way I can describe it , very shabby and neglected , I won’t say anymore , we stayed five minutes and left and found different accommodation , did struggle to find any recent reviews , last one being 2021 and that wasn’t a good one either , so why no reviews for the last two years ?
