The checking was good fast and easy, the room was fine… its under renovation but that’s understandable… my only problem was the lady cleaning the lobby was trying to get past my daughter who didn’t see or hear her… the lady just stood there getting pissed because she didn’t move…. My kids finally sees her and was about to move when I told the lady if she wanted to get by she should say excuse me because my kid didn’t see her… she preceded to say she doesn’t have to say excuse me “yall should just move” what she meant by “yall” I don’t know but never stop in that town it was giving sundown town vibes. Front desk asked the white man. Whine me if she could help him and I had to speak up and say I was there 1st… 1 hotel told us it was no vacancies but the lot was not even half full.

We had a fine stay. Nice location in Zanesville, which is an interesting town. Several walking distance restaurants. Pool was indoors, and open until midnight, which is a great thing on some levels, but we had the wheelchair access room right next to it. Turned out to be zero problem with noise. They had a lift for the pool, which apparently hasn't worked in a while, and they should fix that. Front desk was very nice/helpful.

The bed had a dip in it, was very low to the ground and I had to double up the cover to sleep on to make the bed a little softer. The blanket in the closet was not really a blanket, but another cover that would not have been comfortable to use for a blanket. Check out took a little too long, but the service person did figure out the issue.

Staff was lovely. Hotel is close to highway and restaurants. The only disappointment was the pool was unavailable and that was a big reason we chose this hotel…we wish we had known ahead of time.

Tuve que pedir programar el servicio de limpieza del cuarto diario, ya que el primer día no se hizo.

Overall great stay but the bathroom wasn’t as clean. There was hair in the shower and in the corner of the bathroom floor which left me questioning the overall cleanliness.
