Location is perfect, not far from the train station. The receptionist was so kind and helpful. Heater was provided as the weather was cool and we can have a warm shower after a whole day outside. Totally recommended👍

The hotel's location is right on the main road of the town's pedestrian street, making travel very convenient.
The hotel is a traditional building so the interior is a bit old, but it has been renovated.
There are not many choices for breakfast but it can still fill your stomach.
The check-out time is relatively rigid and there is no way to extend it. It is also possible that the rooms will be fully booked in the next few days, so we can only check out early because of our tight schedule.
It's a pity that the room rate is high but you can't experience anything.
Although it is a starry sky room, the attic window is very small. Not much to see.
When in Zermatt, you still have to walk outside and enjoy the scenery!
