Hygiene: Very clean, cleaned every day
Facilities: Very complete, with coffee machine, but no slippers
Environment: The room is very warm and relatively large
Service: The waiter is very enthusiastic, but after 9 pm, there is an access control and you have to swipe your card to enter the hotel.

There was no refrigerator, so I had to eat what I bought immediately, but the hotel was clean and the breakfast was delicious!

Excellent 3-star hotel with comfy and clean room. It is simple to go around by foot, and the station is only a 10-minute walk away. Booked a room with a spectacular view of the Matterhorn. Breakfast is delicious. The hotel staff is attentive.

LOVED this Hotel. Excellent amenities and location. Super helpful staff. Dennis especially was amazing throughout our stay. Incredible breakfast and loved the balcony!! (Matterhorn view!) Small walk to great locations and big windows.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Phoenix. It is in fact the nicest hotel we stayed during our trip to Switzerland and thanks for all the lights in the room! :) The room is clean, the front desk and the person who works at the dining room are very friendly. The hotel is located close to the funicular station if you want to hike to Mount Matterhorn. I would highly recommended my friends to pick this hotel if they plan to visit Switzerland.

We had a great stay here. The staff is so friendly and helpful and helped us figure out best hikes and alternate plans for a rainy day. The hotel is in a nice location just a bit away from the Main Street in town but close to everything. The room was so cute with wood floors and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with cheeses cereals eggs breads etc. Would highly recommend to stay here
