A newly opened B&B, I chose this place based on the reviews and pictures on the website. The B&B is located in a village halfway up the mountain, in a very quiet environment. There are several rice fields around the B&B. On the way from the parking lot to the room, you can see dried peppers, corn and beans, which are said to be grown by the hotel itself. However, due to the wrong season, the rice harvest has been completed, leaving only empty ponds. In summer and autumn, you should be able to see the beautiful pastoral scenery of wind-blown rice fields.
The B&B has an outdoor swimming pool. Although it is not large, the water is not deep, and it is not heated, tourists who are not afraid of the cold can still try swimming. In this season, the swimming pool is more like a good place to take photos.
Because it is the off-peak tourist season, there are not many guests staying in the hotel, the breakfast buffet is not open, and the choices are limited. Chinese and Western food are available for dinner, but the price is on the high side. The room design is simple and elegant, but the light in the sink is dim, which is a challenge for women who need to put on makeup. Improvements are recommended. There is no coffee machine in the room, but it is equipped with a teapot set and Zhangjiajie's specialty raspberry tea. In addition, many snacks are provided.
The B&B adopts butler management, and a butler is responsible for the whole process from check-in to departure. Our butler, surnamed Li, was very conscientious and provided us with travel suggestions, arranged unscheduled transfers, and led us on a hotel tour. Special thanks to Butler Li! :)
