Super lovely service, the lady warmed the room up for us before we arrived. Breakfast was provided in the morning and only a 15/20 min walk to the national park! Recommend!!

Our room was upgraded and was kept warm prior to our arrival, which was greatly appreciated since it was quite cold outside. The lady owner was very attentive to our needs and questions as well. The location was within walking distance to the east gate of the national park, which was quite convenient. There are tons of eateries and supermarkets along Wuling Road, one could never run out of options. Highly recommend this hotel for exploring the national park.

Really nice owner, very welcomin! Room really clean, a little bit cold but with AC turn hot it was ok! For breakfast she take us to a restaurant to eat really good dumplings, it was nice!

The room is large and tidy. The location is excellent and very convenient. The service staff at the hotel's front desk are very attentive. They not only greet guests warmly, but also proactively provide a detailed map of the scenic spots, which is very practical. They also gave us lots of snacks when we checked out, which the kids loved. Breakfast has a variety of choices and tastes very good. The hotel also has a free laundry service, which is very convenient for traveling guests.

This stay was a great experience! The room was spacious and bright, the layout was warm and comfortable, and the bed was so soft that I didn't want to get up.
