Hotels near Tianmen Mountain Glass Walkway, Zhangjiajie

Waiting for the free time of the high-speed rail, I'm here to write a review again. In October, the birthday month, the first stop was Zhangjiajie National Forest Park (there are no good hotels close to the door 🏨), the second stop was Tianmen Mountain, and the second stop was Wyndham Garden Hotel 🏨. My father was hooked on the first day he entered the door 😂 After booking, Miss Li Keyuan contacted me as soon as possible and gave me help. She helped during the stay and replied to the message very promptly. Thank you. Her timely response and enthusiasm for facing problems ❤ are one of the decisive factors for me to place an order. Warm and thoughtful service is always a plus 😄 I was lucky and encountered a newly opened store. I didn't smell the smell. I don't mind choosing a new store. I am confident in the quality control of chain stores. The whole house can only be great 👍. You can solve most of the problems with your mouth, which can improve your favorability. For me, it's best to have it, but it's okay if you don't have it, because the service is good and the store with good service is not smart. It doesn't matter. The hair dryer is Dyson, which is really a standard hotel feature. The rating is +1. Dyson products are still easy to use and suitable for people like me. They won't curl my hair. The entrance is an automatic door, decorated with beautiful flowers, and there is an electronic fireplace. There is a tea bar in the corner, which is free, but I ate too much recently and there is no space in my stomach, so I didn't use it. It's a pity. There is a cloakroom with different hangers. Convenience +1, reason for choosing +1, I like stores with cloakrooms. The shower is super good, and the water is very big. Is the theme color of the hotel dark green? The floor tiles at the entrance are dark green, and the room is also dark green. The rest are gold and brown. I like this color combination. The breakfast is delicious. After leaving the store, my dad praised it highly, and my mom also said that the rice for fried rice is very good. I want to take it away. No one is better than this one (the fried rice of Grand Hyatt Kunming, St. Regis Changsha, and Phoenix Hall can't beat it). My parents said they regretted living in Forest Park very much. They think they should live here and take a car to play. This is the store that parents are most satisfied with. I recommend bringing my parents to live here. There are many places to eat around, and they are all delicious. You can reach the cable car 🚡 by walking through the alley. There are indeed other restaurants around the cable car, but Wyndham is the best for travel. It is located between the cable car 🚡 and the station 🚉, and there is a bus stop opposite, so it is the best solution for me (the Hilton Huiting, which will open soon, is close to the station 🚉, but far from the cable car, and Hampton is far from the station 🚉). I was attracted by Wyndham, and I must stay when I come to Zhangjiajie. I will consider staying in other cities later🤔

We are a family from Indonesia, a family of five people. We stayed in 2 rooms for two nights. The location was near TIAN SHAN MEN (Heavenly Gate) Cable way station in Zhangjiajie downtown. About 800-900m, a walking distance. If you prefer riding a taxi/Didi, the fare was about CNY 10 or less. The hotel was very clean, modern, well maintained. We felt like it was a new hotel. The front desk reception staffs were very friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the FREE pick up service from /and to the Zhangjiajie West station. The breakfast package was also very good. Good job QIAN hotel. LUAR BIASA!

Really great hotel! It’s a little bit difficult to find by yourself, because to enter die hotel you have to go through a store that looks like a travel agency, go to the elevator and press “13”. It’s a little bit confusing if you can’t read Chinese signs but the staff of the agency was really helpful and I was able to find it. The hotel room itself is really great, new design and very clean, it has everything that you can imagine. The hotel is right behind the railway station for Tianmen mountain, so it is a perfect location for visiting it. The friendly staff of the hotel even prepared some little gifts for me (it was mooncake festival time). If I will ever come back to Zhangjiajie, I will definitely book again! 😊

This is the best hotel we have experienced in China! The hotel is beautiful, from you walk into the lobby, and the room itself. The bed is AMAZING, we even want to find the same mattress and bring home with us to Norway! The room was very smart with electric curtains, projector and speakers. The best thing about this hotel was the welcoming people and the service they provided! Especially 夏花(Xiahua) wich made our trip even unforgettable, thank you❤️ She helped us organize everything, transportation and the best places (routes) to visit. She also made us feel safe, answered our questions and communicated with us through out our trips. If we come back to Zhangjiajie, we will definetly stay here again.

Staff: they all were very friendly and helpful. They seem to make long hours. They were always there at breakfast (at 07.30h) and were still there after dinner (at 21h). Our host spoke decent English but not good enough to fully help us. Luckily, we used a translator to communicate back and forth which worked great. 5 stars for the staff!! Facility: didn't live up to our expectations. We had the basic room which was weirdly structured and didn't look as good as on the photos. We then got an upgrade, thanks to the staff, to a much nicer room. But even here the upkeep and quality was nothing close to what you expect from a 5 star hotel (or for the money you pay for a room). Examples: parts of the wall were painted in a different color, the door to the balcony had a small hole where insects could creep into, the matrass lay on the ground. The walls are very thin, so you hear lots of noise from outside. Breakfast was fairly basic. Decent enough to fill your stomach but not much too it. Location: super close to one of the entrances (a 4 min walk). From there shuttles are going to another location in the park. This worked very well. The village itself was (obviously) small and calm. There was a good coffee spot on walking distance (might not look like much but had great coffee). The scenery in and around the village is great. Beautiful mountains, some 'farm land' and seeing locals go about there business was nice. Conclusion: a bit disappointed on the quality for value ratio. Hopefully the staff doesn't get 'punished' for this review as this was definitely not their fault. They did everything to make it a pleasant stay for us

Cleanliness: 5 Room cleaned daily, towels, shampoo, bath gel, bed sheets, replaced daily. Everything is so new and clean. Even the ash trays outside for smokers are replaced very often. Location: 5 They have free shuttle between hotel and 东门 (east entrance for 森林公园 between 6am(? Not very sure but i dont wake up that early) and 9pm (why would you stay out that late?) which is really convenient. Service: 5 One of the best services I've had. Really really friendly staff that will asks you if you want tea or coffee and even snacks (chicken feet or duck feet if they have😂) while you're just waiting around in the reception. Helps to book cab, plan itinerary, order food, almost anything you can think of. SOOO FRIENDLY. Literally made my trip as they are so friendly. English speakers need not worry as they have someone who can speak English, so rest assured. Amenities: 5 Washing machine, drier on the 6th floor. Has almost everything you need. 2 bottles of water daily (I had 4 in my room probably cause they noticed I drank alot of water?) Great impeccable service, and their receptionist is really cute 🤭. Smart rooms through usage of xiaodu. (Not sure if it works in english, never tried) If I ever visit Zhangjiajie again, this will definitely be my go-to hotel. Will definitely recommend Zhangjiajie and this hotel to my friends and family. 🤗

The service of the front desk staff is excellent. They are friendly and helped me arrange the tours and get ticket for the amazing show. Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is good. The restaurant is on the first floor and food is good. Remember, don't forget to watch the local minority's show, The Amazing Western Hunan! The hotel is very close to the theater.

The location of this hotel is excellent, just a short walk from the entrance gate and close to a scenic creek, adding a natural, pleasant touch to the stay. There are many dining options within minutes, making it convenient for guests. The service is commendable, as the staff helps arrange itineraries and book tickets at no extra cost, even providing route explanations for tours. The breakfast is a standout feature, designed with international guests in mind. They offer an automated coffee machine, fresh fruit salad, a toaster, and other amenities, ensuring a satisfying and friendly experience to start the day.

The location of the Hampton is ideal for entering the East Gate of Zhangjiajie National Park as it is only a 10 minute walk away. The housekeeper helped us purchase tickets to the Park from the hotel with a discount, as well as provided us with a map and explained an ideal route. We were very impressed as he took the time to communicate with us via a translator. The hotel has a diverse breakfast spread and provides free water, fruit, and ice creams as well as a free laundry service which was very useful. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming for the National Park, make sure to check out the night market on the same street!

We loved our stay at Eryatou Inn. The staff at the facility, especially 蔡蔡 （Tsai Tsai), are very welcoming and open to help you with any questions/concerns you have with your stay. Tsai Tsai went above and beyond - she helped us ship out a box, watched our belongings, taught us how to order waimai (take outs), and helped us order our train tickets to our next stop. The inn is at an excellent location - only 5min walk from the park East gate. Right outside the inn, there is a small night market, with lots of other restaurants/stalls and massage spots in the vicinity. Also, there’s no need to fret prior to the trip, because the ladies at the inn are ready to show you upon your arrival the best routes for the park. They have discounted prices for the park, Grand Canyon, Baofeng Lake, etc. Really wished we had known this prior to the trip!!! Will definitely miss this friendly spot and highly highly highly recommend to everyone for their stay at Wulingyuan!
