Amazing hotel and unmatchable views! Food and location was great! Staff is very kind, sweet and helpful. Room was amazing! They upgraded us and gave us basically a house! If you are looking to visit the park and enjoy the hotel this is your place. It is secluded so don't go if you are looking to hang out outside in a proper town etc. I am vegetarian so I wish there were more clear veggie options as I know Chinese food has but they went out of their way to help me. I also wish there was a menu in English and a clear vegetarian menu so it was just easy to order food rather than trying to overlap one phone with the other to translate (Google translate) 😂. Also for us this is the best entrance and the hotel is literally 5 minutes driving from it. They take you every morning in a golf car and it is just magical. Visiting this park and having this view every morning when waking up it made this trip totally worth it.

Heaven! This hotel is perfection! Nestled in the mountains you can be at one with nature here and relax in the most comfortable surroundings. The hotel is an old village that has transformed into an amazing rustic high end hotel. It is situated very near to the Zhangjiajie scenic park entrances such as Avatar Mountains. The rooms/villas are spacious, clean and have everything you could want. There was a turn down service with snacks provided and they set up the projector ready for when you arrive back from a wonderful day of sightseeing. The warm bath on the balcony really helped to relax us too. The views at this hotel are breathtaking! The most beautiful vistas that you can see from the rooms, balconies and the infinity pool (1 of 2 pools they have there). The restaurant was impressive, all the food is freshly cooked and many of the items are grown at the hotel (see the rice paddies and vegetables growing in the photos). There was a lot of choice of food and the price was very reasonable. The restaurant also has some wine and spirits to enjoy with your meal or to sip on a gin and tonic at the infinity pool just outside to watch the sun set. Breakfast was amazing, again plenty of choice and real coffee too. There is also a bar on site if you wish to sing karaoke with beers and friends once the sun has set. The most outstanding aspect of this hotel for us was the service. Rain, the (reception) manager was incredible, nothing was too much trouble for him. He called us the day before to arrange pick up and he speaks perfect English. Throughout the stay he organised and helped with everything we needed, he really did go above and beyond, thank you so much Rain to you and all of your staff who work so hard. This hotel was definitely great value for the price, the location and aspect of the hotel, also perfect. We cannot wait to come back again, maybe winter next time to see the snowy mountains and to sit by the fires in the rooms. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, 110%! High cost performance, cozy room, convenient parking. The boss is hospitable, you can learn about travel tips and help book tickets for scenic spots. Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan is a place worth visiting.

The location of the inn is very good to find, there is a parking place, very close to the Tianmen Mountain cableway, travel is more convenient, there are many restaurants around the inn, eating and buying snacks is also very convenient. The room was super clean and tidy, and the bed was very comfortable. The roof of the inn can wash and dry clothes and there is a washing machine. The boss is very good, help us book tickets for major scenic spots, there are discounts [smiling faces], you can not do the strategy, the boss gives the suggestion is better than the strategy you do, thank you boss, I wish the business is booming! The room is clean and spacious. The service was great. He also introduced us to Zhangjiajie’s tourist routes in detail and helped us book tickets. The location is also very convenient. There are several large restaurants within 100 meters of the hotel. It is very convenient😎😎😎

5 star hotel! The service was excellent, the owner and his wife made sure we were looked after everyday even with the language barrier, we communicated easily over our phones. They called us a few days prior to arrange airport pickup and found us a last minute taxi for a reasonable price after our flight had been delayed to land at 2am. They helped us plan our trips to the national park and offered to book transportation for us too. She also helped us do our laundry and even hung it up for us so we could go hiking in the park and not worry about it. The Hotel Rooms were extremely clean, the bedding was changed daily and the entire floor was mopped sparkling clean. Cleanliness is not an issue at this hotel. The location was perfect, so close to the restaurants and nightlife but far enough that you could have a good nights sleep. There was no noise and we were surrounded by nature. The national park was only a 5 minute taxi ride away. Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel! The best for an authentic zhangjiajie experience away from the commercialised hotels in the centre. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This inn is great, the room is warm and comfortable, the service is thoughtful, and I feel at home. The inn has a superior location, convenient transportation, and complete surrounding facilities, which is very suitable for travel and leisure. The room is clean and tidy, and the bed is comfortable, which made me sleep well. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and the attitude of the service staff was also very good, especially Xiao Yang, who had a good attitude and tried his best to be responsible. I strongly recommend it to everyone!

I highly recommend this homestay, the price is very affordable. The housekeeper is also very good. I brought my children here to travel. The boss took good care of customers with children. He told us very considerately what to pay attention to when taking children to scenic spots. He also recommended the delicious Sanxiaguo. Well located near the Tianmen Mountain cable way and it makes it convenient place for tourists. Room is cozy and clean. Owner of the hotel is really friendly and helpful. She speaks good english and provided detailed information about main attractions and tips on how to go around. She got us 4-day discounted tickets for Zhangjiajie Forest Park and explained how to explore the park to get the best out of it. Even after checking out from the hotel she helped us to book tickets to Tianmen Mountain and allowed us to keep our luggages in the hotel. I highly recommend this place to tourists.
