The location is excellent, close to the east gate, and there is a snack street outside at night, which is good for shopping. Boss Ah Wei will enthusiastically help purchase discount tickets, and will also help plan the itinerary. You can follow the route he told you and you can do it yourself without a tour guide. You can get mineral water by yourself. I like that the room has a balcony. However, the dishes at Tuge Restaurant recommended by the boss were not to our taste.

The innkeeper's wife was very nice and contacted me on WeChat in advance to answer all questions. Although the inn cannot pick up guests by car at night, you can drive a small electric car to the station to help transport the luggage back to the hotel first. The inn is very close to the east gate of the National Forest Park. There is a food street downstairs, and there is also a restaurant with the highest popularity on Dianping.com next to it. The street-side sound insulation is also very good. The most important thing is that we originally planned to enter the park at 8 or 9 in the morning. With the reminder of the proprietress, we entered at 7 in the morning, which really avoided the grand occasion of 80,000 people ”attacking” the National Forest Park on October 3. There was almost no queue throughout the whole process, and we did not experience the crowds during the National Day. Very good!

The room has an outside window, and there is another building opposite. However, we basically don't look out the window after we come back from the mountain, so it is acceptable to us. It's great that the inn has an elevator, which increases the comfort level a lot. 👍👍👍 There is a public drying area on the seventh floor with a canopy, so there is no need to worry about the rain affecting the drying of clothes, and there are many clothes hangers to use. For the route to visit Wulingyuan, you can consult the boss, there is a map. The boss's nephew Xiaoman and the boss's daughter gave us good suggestions and gave reasonable modification plans as we modified our itinerary, and they answered all questions. 👍👍👍 If you buy tickets for the small train or tickets or tickets with three ropes and one elevator, you can ask the boss to buy them after booking a room, which will be cheaper. Before leaving, the boss's wife suggested that we take a taxi to the West Station, which is great. I originally thought that I had to go to the bus station to take a bus to the West Station, and this kind of place might not be as convenient as a big city. In fact, calling Didi is fast and cheap, mainly because there are three people with luggage, and taking a taxi is comfortable and convenient. The lady boss is also learning from the previous guests, and then teaching the good experience to the later guests. 👍👍👍 There is a rice noodle shop in Cili nearby, and we had breakfast there and went to the East Gate on the way. We had breakfast there for a few days. It was well rated on Dianping.com. It was indeed cheap and good quality, with many styles and large quantities. The lady boss was also warm and thoughtful. There are so many things around Nanmen and Huangshizhai, much more than Tianzi Mountain and Yuanjiajie. Pay attention to safety when visiting. I like Tianzi Mountain very much, but it was a pity that it was foggy most of the time during the visit, Shentang Bay was full of fog, and Dianjiangtai was not visited because my parents were tired, which was a pity. But after getting off the bus at Shentang Bay, it was not easy to get a ride later. Some drivers would not stop when their cars were full. We waited for two or three cars before the driver stopped the car. After getting on the car, we arrived at Helong Park in three to five minutes.

This hotel is very near to the East Gate of the Wulingyuan National Park. Walking distance by/along the river side takes only 10 mins or less. You may see the locals doing their laundry by the river. Hotel staffs are helpful & friendy. There even care to share the informations of how going about within National Park. The room view is good facing the river side & not so noisy. Room is super spacious & beds too. Morning breakfast is buffet style & food is nice! I definitely will come back to stay again!

Very good customer service. Hotel is clean. Staff is all good and helpful overall. They can advise and help us plan/buy tickets online, booked Didi for you if you need or help to order Food Delivery. Breakfast is standard Chinese food. Ok for us even eat the same things for 3 days! Location wise is really near East Gate. We walk 2 ways for first day when visit National Park. Cross over the small river. This area is more to tourist, so don’t buy any fruits nearby from those hawker cos pricey. We walk all the way the food streets. Ok to stroll around. Massage next to Hotel is normal. Not that I looking for.

Been travelling multiple cities in China, this is the best hotel I've stayed so far, excellent service provided by all hotel staffs, polite, kind, helping all guests arrange their trips for free (if needed), provide suggestions of local food and must sees, hotel is super clean, room has great view, I will say the best thing I experienced in Zhangjiajie is staying at this hotel, I like this hotel more than the nature in here Great work team, hope all the best to you all

The hotel was recommended by a friend. The service is very good and the setting is very new. I arrived at 9pm. I contacted in advance to upgrade my room and sent a car to pick me up at the high-speed rail station. The housekeeper took me into the room and immediately gave me welcome fruit~ After breakfast the next day, I walked around and came back to drink tea. It was like a paradise hidden in a small village. It was independent and secluded. I felt relaxed from the moment I checked in. I would like to call it the most healing resort hotel in my heart~

Had a wonderful stay. The inn is farther out from the national park than others but it is at a quiet corner of the district. The room and toilet was standard but other services and amenities stood out for me. They had small extras such as sewing kit, availability of fruit knife that made the stay more comfortable. The staff also helped with booking of tickets and giving advice on how best to go around the attractions. Breakfast was at the top floor which provided a great view of the mountains. The staff, amenities, and breakfast view made all the difference. Highly recommend this inn.
