酒店設施齊全，環境優美，服務到位，感謝温泉服務員.陳文斌.洪緣玲，酒店禮賓部陳志斌，還有管家小玲~服務積極熱情，體驗感良好，點贊給工作人員，下次到漳州還會選擇這家酒店。
就是酒店自助餐廳真的蠻一般的，小朋友對餐點基本不滿意~希望餐食能更好點，向廈門五通佰翔多學習下

辦理入住時前台這邊説退房後寫點評能贈送行政下午茶，沒有強制要求好評，據實評價就好，看來還是挺有信心的。好久沒寫點評了，來寫寫看:
1.開始定的小城景房，入住時免費升級了，沒想到升級後房間遇活蟑螂，後面前台考慮家庭入住給免費升級到家庭套房。酒店開業年份比較長，設施相對舊一些，雖舊但配套設施能跟上。
2.酒店各方面服務是挺好的，隨叫隨到，服務可以給五星。
3.套餐裏的温泉一般般，配套相對老舊，不知道是否真的温泉水，配套温泉池二十多個，沒有逐一去試，當天水上樂園也沒開啟使用。值得一提的是酒店温泉的素珍，服務十分熱情，實在是太貼心了！必須給她一個五分好評！
4.行政下午茶設在酒店最高層21樓，品類很少，味道一般，畢竟是送的，沒過多挑剔。行政酒廊的小周也很棒，詢問她周邊旅遊玩吃情況，很用心很熱情地給解答了，還推薦了很多靠譜的小吃店，提及過買不到木偶劇的票，第二天她刷到餘票馬上跟我聯繫告知，真是太感謝了。

距離古城及周邊景點都很近，很方便。入住酒店還可以體驗温泉，對高温天氣下暴走一天的遊客來説太友好了，晚上回來泡泡温泉，非常解乏。我覺得“人”是圓山酒店的一筆資產，遇到的工作人員都很熱情友好，有熱情介紹周邊景點和美食的大堂經理（要不是有兩人推薦七首巖寺，真的會錯過這個好地方），有隨和禮貌的前台和客房服務人員，有熱心的自助餐廳工作人員（感謝蘇佩琪小姐姐的熱心幫助），還有花園温泉裏的劉曉梅小姐姐熱情“指路”，幫我介紹各種温泉類型，還體驗了一把魚療。多謝招待，祝越辦越好～
