The housing environment is excellent. I have to say that the hotel’s star rating has the most say when it comes to the environment. The design of the corridor lights, the position of the windows, the cleanliness of the bathroom, etc., Vienna is worthy of its four-star hotel rating. A piece of advice for friends who book hotels during important periods - only choose chain brand hotels, don’t consider price factors too much, and don’t skimp on the penny. You can see the beach. This one is better. It's hygienic and very clean. It's close to the snack street. There's a shopping mall downstairs and you can park for free. The front desk is also very welcoming. I recommend staying in a sea view suite for the night view. You can watch the sunrise in the morning without having to go downstairs. Overall, that's it. The service of Xiao Tang and Xiao Tu at the front desk is very good, very active and enthusiastic. Personally feel that the price is quite high. The room facilities are complete, the service staff is of high quality, no matter how the hotel is, how high-end, I value the service attitude the most, the attitude determines everything, very different from some express business hotels. Extra beds are available, parking is available at the door, there is a beach next to the hotel, called Jinshawan, there are many snacks in this hotel lobby. The afternoon tea is also very delicious. Very good hotel for a few nights stay. Very friendly staff who would do their best to try and help you. Easy check in with only green code, no need to do COVID test. Nice swimming pool on the 6th floor. Keep in mind that it closes at 9:20-9:30 and don’t forget to bring a swimming cap. The location is not great. There isn’t much around so it was a perfect stay on our road trip. Free parking with lots of parking spaces. Good value for money.

It took more than ten minutes to find the entrance to the parking lot. Then it was really hard to find a parking space because it was full. The room was arranged opposite the laundry room. Many guests were doing laundry in the middle of the night. The sound insulation was not very good and it was quite noisy. What's worse is that the cleaning staff started working at 7 or 8 o'clock and played around in the corridor. It was extremely noisy and very bad. It's better to talk about the advantages. It's cheap. There are no good hotels for 400 or 500 yuan a night. Another thing is that the hotel parking fee can be discounted by about 30%. Finally, the hotel is on the 40th floor and the room view is better.
