Family-friendly Hotels in Zhongshan

We stayed in Room 4822 between 15 Novemver and 16 November. The room is clean and large. Furthermore, it has an excellent indoor swimming pool. However, the staff at the reception counter is not at professional standard. He first gave a wrong key to us so that we could not take a lift to our floor. Secondly, the young staff at the reception counter did not tell us that we need to scan the QR code before we drove our car left the carpark. Finally, Vivi of the hotel follows up the issue for us and we highly appreciate the follow up service provided by Vivi of the hotel. On the whole, the service is outstanding. if next time I go to Zhongshan, I should definitely selection to stay in this hotel.

Hotel was great and in a central location to downtown. The staff were super friendly and easy to get along with. Unfortunately the pool was closed due to a thunderstorm and was not opened for safety reason even after the storm has stopped. Looking forward to our next visit

Great location for visiting Zhongshan to stay in this hotel. It’s near the landmark along the river. The staff are great soon as we check in to the time checking out. We will be back!

The Le Meridien Zhongshan is INCREDIBLE. This is one of the best values in China. Amazing restaurants for breakfast and dinner and the staff is as you expect with a world class experience. If you are in Zhongshan this is the only hotel you should consider for its immaculate rooms, location to malls, shops, local restaurants, management and staff. Laura Liu has been pure gold with each visit and has gone out of her way to make a foreigner feel at home. Thank you Laura! Cannot wait for my next visit.

This place is newly renovated and we are upgraded to the new wing which was established since April last year. We are amazed for the new wing with hugh room, hugh bed and the cleanliness of the room. It is so close to the hot spring area too. We enjoyed so much... it really worth for the deal. Thanks.

Great young team at front desk. Very helpful and food at breakfast very nice. Room Was great also and very clean. 100% will return here in my next trip.

hotel location is great. many restaurants nearby, you can also go to the karaoke where in the 7/F of of the same hotel building. ZhongShan walking street just 5 mins by car as well, super convenience.

Clean and tidy , check in staff is very professional. Good price and best location. With lots of restaurants and shopping mall within one min by foot. Most impressive is the air diffuser in room and I can sleep comfortably .

Hotel is overall very good, staff is very polite and helpful, especially 嵐upgraded my room without any extra cost as he said my room is a bit too small.

The Golden Diamond Hotel is in a very advantageous location, opposite the internet-famous Shiqi Lao Jiuan. The room is large and clean, the service staff is polite, the breakfast is also very good, the parking is convenient and the security is responsible. Recommended!
