這次入住珠海瑞吉酒店是一個完美但又有點遺憾的一次旅行。入住當天是前台Paul幫我們辦理了入住非常感謝他專業並且熱情的服務態度讓我們對瑞吉的初印象非常好，入住客房之後發現浴缸以及馬桶都有點漏水，Paul得知了消息第一時間聯繫到了我們並且非常專業的為我們解決了問題，真的非常感謝，他的服務態度讓我們對珠海瑞吉有了下次回來的期盼，謝謝。

萬豪現在的會員體系真的很亂 大部分平台預訂會員權益不可以享用 當然很多都是不同業主公司的要求 雖然規定是這樣但是我就是你家會員你管我從哪裡預訂對吧 不過珠海瑞吉還算不錯 前台一個姓郭的小哥哥給我贈送了早餐並且答應會員的果盤也會有 門口的保安禮賓都很有禮貌主動 前台的小姐就算是登記身份證也沒有發現我生日 專業水平有點像實習生 房間沒有果盤就知道房間沒有提前安排沒有兔子 打電話給管家管家又一頓結束生日身份證當天才有 給我一頓説教…後面管家送上來 浴室雖然是乾濕分離的設計看到有做防滑處理有地巾心想還挺貼心 自己出門玩都有鋪地巾這個習慣 洗完澡出來浴室的水全滿出來 流到隔壁的衞生間全是水 我差點就滑倒了！！還有拿外賣要走很遠的路。第二天體驗早餐也要排隊 嘀嘀咕咕整半天就刷個卡的事情 酒店好在服務好有補救 吃完飯中午水果也送到了 另外送的小蛋糕很好吃
