Dinner at Diya Restaurant Had a wonderful experience of having dinner at Diya, the food was delicious, ambience was outstanding and the staff was very courteous!!! Kudos to Istayar, Dip and the whole team!!! If at all you are visiting Leela, do not miss an opportunity of having dinner at Diya!!

I stayed in the hotel for around 6 days in the month of August 2022. We were on a professional training program. To begin with the most surprising element was of course the behaviour of the staff. From checking to check out I found them to be absolutely amazing. Mr Biltu from front office to care of a lot of my personal requests. MS Sudipta and Ms Swathi were always pleasant and were warm, taking care of all the chote-mote needs we were nagging them with. Unlike ***y other hotels here I never found it difficult to approach the staff.. Food was another amazing blessing.. being far away from home and being in middle of such hectic schedule all our meals where yum. I remember Mr Somnath for the extra help he offered to us even though it was a buffet.. House keeping was prompt on request.. Cleaning was great.. Maybe the only Con i would mention is actually about the lift.. With so ***y rooms in place i believe one or two more lifts can be added for quicker mobility.. Last but not the least.. the view from my room was also great

The staff is very polite, the property is beautifully maintained, by considering every small things, that can add to the overall experience of the guests. I left my earbuds in the restaurant, and checked out, then I reached out to them. They took care of it, and got it delivered to me in Delhi safely, and ensured, that I did actually receive the same. Quite an impressive job, by going above and beyond for the guest, who has actually checked out!! Kudos to the great hospitality!! The only drawback, it is far from the city, like around 15Kms.

The location is pretty good and the hospitality was just great. Breakfast had great variety and the rooms were extra spacious. Loved my stay there

Have been several times and is convenient if you have a way to move in vehicle as being business district and still upcoming not much of great infrastructure is complete around. Check In smooth and rooms were the same. Very Compact. More like the nature of ibis. But being grand mercure you have big lobby and lounge. The restaurant is also on the same lobby level. Recently they have removed all extra amenities from bathroom and are available on order. Good initiative.

Awesome experience. Awesome soup to desert menu. They are serving with love and amazing ambience. Very good parking facility too. Just opposite of Gujarat College. Very good service by Mr. Bhaskar and Chef Mr. Sumit Will definitely recommend to all my colleague and family
