Stayed in room 1024 Pro: Room clean Efficient check in and check out Nice view of mountain and trees Dish variation were nice, lots of options, i love the kuah bakso so comforting. Cons: Unable to set AC QR in tv to see room dining menu unable to open, sent email to reservation no response. So we cant order food for room service. At night room smells of solar fumes like machine fumes and in the toilet smells like thinner or paint or some chemicals which is significantly disturbing. Please check room 1024. No information on facility or activities during check in, only informed there’s free photoshoot Understand that photoshoot are part of facility BUT, so manya people taking photo in the morning makes our morning walk not smooth, many times have to STOP waiting for people photoshoot. Please consider to create specific photoshoot area. Must relook on food quality, during dinner buffet chicken sausage not fresh, kue putu apek becomes inedible. Please add paintings or plants on wall, we walk out from lift in 10th floor, head to our room, on right side there’s big empty wall left a depression feeling.

The room was quite spacious, and the staff were friendly. The only minor issue was that the sheets and towels were a bit old/worn out.

I booked it with request high floor and mountain view, and thankfully I got it. I stayed with my husband on 11th floor, the floor is quite because there’s only few room, gym and spa also on that floor. I stayed during the “Lebaran Season”, and fortunately the Hotel is kids friendly, the reception give my niece candy, and she loved it. The pool is also nice kids loved it too. Near Hotel there’s a lot of restaurants and cafes. So you can skip breakfast and try Soto Bu Rahayu or Tanmu Coffee in front of the Hotel. We had pleasant stay here, the staff is polite and nice.

Very good impression of my first stay at El Hotel Bandung. Was given a room upgrade and appreciate it very much. The room is clean, spacious and has a comfortable queen bed. Bathroom with a tub is also properly maintained. Only hitch was a bulb in the washroom fused but even after reporting the fault at the reception, it was not replaced. Breakfast served at the cafes were plentiful and service was good. Location is also good with many eateries around. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Bandung.

The staff was very polite, efficient and helpful. The bathtub is amazing ! It comes along with the bubble bath and bath ball that was provided by the hotel per day❤️ the view at the club lounge at night was breathtaking. Recommended hotel at bandung👍 not forgetting the wide array of breakfast every morning.

This was my fourth visit to the hotel (twice for work events and twice with family), but this time I booked through an app, and unfortunately, we encountered several disappointing issues. Firstly, the app did not provide information that the swimming pool would be closed from 1 PM to 6 AM. Although we were allowed to use the children's pool, it would have been uncomfortable for the kids to swim among people decorating for a party, so we decided against it, much to their disappointment. Secondly, the room was advertised for four guests, but amenities were only provided for two; however, after we informed the staff, the missing items were promptly delivered to our room. Thirdly, the app stated breakfast for four guests, but only two were initially accommodated. Again, we had to complain, and this was quickly rectified. Lastly, the room description on the app mentioned a city view, which our assigned room lacked. Furthermore, we found dead cockroaches and other insects, which were immediately cleaned after we reported them. I usually book two connecting rooms, but this time I wanted to try a different room type, which turned out to be somewhat less satisfying. Despite these issues, the hotel's facilities are truly outstanding – absolutely fantastic! The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices. The views and photo opportunities are superb, and the staff were very friendly, even helping us take pictures at some of the best spots. Thank you, GH Universal. I hope the points I've raised can be addressed for future improvements.

My stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage was pure bliss. The elegant room, mountain breeze, and panoramic views created a peaceful retreat. I loved the cozy ambiance and top-notch service. The location near Dago’s attractions made exploring easy. A perfect blend of luxury and nature—highly recommended.

This has become our regular spot for staycations. The rooms are great, the location is excellent, and there's a mini zoo, swimming pool, and a playground for the kids to enjoy. Plus, the TVs are Smart TVs, so it's easy for the little ones to watch their favorite shows on YouTube.

The breakfast was extensive and delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is strategic; on weekends, you can simply walk to hang out, enjoy various culinary options, and explore.

Staying in Business Suite Room for 2 nights. The room is spacious, but it is located in an east building, so the interior looks outdated. And when I first entered the room, I was surprised by the strong smell of cigarettes. I immediately called the receptionist and soon someone came to treat it with an ozone machine. Thanks for the response, although not 100% the smell is gone. But, overall me and my family were happy with the facilities and breakfast service. I could say the breakfast is a five-star breakfast. I will put Horison Ultima Bekasi on my list for my next visit if I have to visit Bekasi for more than two days.
