Hyatt's restaurants have always been highly praised. From Hubei 28 to Beijing Liang to Xiangjiang 36, these restaurants are must-visit places in their respective cities, attracting a constant stream of guests. The restaurant is not very large, with most of the space used for private rooms. The main dining area only has about 20 tables and chairs, and shares a third of the floor space with the open kitchen. Zhanjiang Sand Ginger Chicken Like Qingyuan Chicken, Zhanjiang Chicken is named after a place and is a favorite among many Cantonese people. Although the meat is slightly inferior to Qingyuan Chicken, the taste is on par. The white cut chicken at Yuejingxuan is more tender and flavorful than Zhanjiang Chicken served at other restaurants, and the chicken skin is also more chewy. The dishes are generally very good. There are a few minor flaws and shortcomings. However, compared to the Yuguexuan at the Four Seasons Hotel just down the street, Yuejingxuan's dishes are at least one notch above.
