Shanghai Gongqing Forest Park is not just about the Monet Garden. It's so much more.

When I went to the park, my main purpose was to see the Monet Garden since it is almost always the highlight of the reviews and moments I read. However, once there, I didn't expect that I would actually enjoy it so much. I think that I was lucky, I was able to go there on a weekday so there is a lesser crowd. It's a place that will give you peace, comfort, and excitement. Without me knowing it, I already spent more than 4 hours at the park(there were just so many places I wantte to take pictures). After playing, when I passed by the West exit, there was a lady selling tangerines for 10 Yuan and I think that there were 20 pieces, so it's such a steal. I still eat tangerine after I went back to my home country. The only downside for me is that, it's not near the metro. I had to take a Didi from the nearest metro station, Nenjiang Road as I don't know how to take the bus from Siping Road station. Overall, it was a really great experience and something that I would like to do again in the future.
