If you are looking for a place to stay one or multiple nights I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!!!! The staff from the GM to the maintenance man! So friendly and inviting! The room was absolutely perfect! Not one thing to complain about. My husband and I have been coming here now for the last month about every other week.

Was a 6 out of 5! The employees did some real nice stuff for us….great follow up was key! When we come to town, not that often, this our preferred place to stay! Thank you too Ross! Keep up the great work and those little things do matter especially if we don’t notice 🤔😍

The staff are caring & helpful. We've stayed at this hotel many times over the years & have never been disappointed in the cleanliness, staff, quality of the breakfast, convenience of the lounge up on the 4th floor with reasonably priced beer & drinks w/ a relaxing atmosphere & beautiful view of OSU campus. The workout room & pool are great too but rarely get the time to enjoy these.

Do not believe the picture or reviews on this hotel! Halls, elevator, pool, jacuzzi, and courtyard were absolutely filthy. The elevator had a panel coming loose and visible dirt and stains on the floors and walls. The jacuzzi had what appeared to be mold in it, the pool water was murky, and the room the pool was in was so hot you could barely breathe. The courtyard had trash and broken chairs, and the halls had multiple bags of trash that did not get taken out the entire time we were there. The door wouldn’t open on our first room and had to get another room. The surface areas of our room had not been wiped down prior to our arrival. There was coffee but no coffee pot and a staff member just walked in without knocking! Scared my young daughter half to death! This place should be advertised as a cheap motel.

Terrible service. I should have read all the bad reviews before I came here. Shame on me. Let me explain. I made a telephonic reservation and the employee for the same hotel failed to tell me that most of the hotel was under renovation and the breakfast and bar enmities were shut down. The same employee failed to tell me that I would be charged another $50 dollars for incidental charges on my credit card that could take up to 14 days to be credited if there were no problems in the room after I checked-out. Wow. Talk about the lack of communication. Upon check-in, I asked for a discount, but the employee refused and tried to justify that the rooms where already under $100 so it didn't matter about the renovation and no commentary breakfast nor bar access. This assertion from the employee is false because prior to the hotel renovations, the price for the same rooms were unchanged and offered breakfast and bar access. I tried twice to use the two elevators, but each time it was being used by hotel contractors who were transporting construction material and trash as part of the renovations. This forced me to use the stairs and I have disability problems. I will never go to this hotel again.

Due to NCAA Baseball Regional, Little League Tournaments, etc being held in town, hotel rooms were scarce and what few there were, were at a premium. Due to circumstances that arose, I was shopping for two rooms for our friends and us the night before our trip. I reserved two rooms, and was told the rate would be $100 per room, taxes included. This was quite high for this property, but still much cheaper than what few rooms were available at other properties in town. I was advised that the rate would be less the next night, and even lower the night after that. As the events in town lessened, the prices of rooms in area hotels decreased. After making the reservations, I began reading reviews. There were a few positive reviews, but there were several negative posts, and I became concerned. When we arrived the next afternoon, I expressed my concerns to the owner, and asked him if our rooms would be clean. He assured me that he would take care of everything. After going to our rooms, we did find them to be clean, which was one of our main priorities. It is an older property, and it is not fancy, but it met our needs for one night. As others have described, our room was small. The double beds were placed on opposite walls with maybe 3 or so feet between them. It was fine. The AC was not on when we entered, but after a few minutes, it was cooling the room off. The furniture was old, but it was fine. The television hung on the wall, and my wife was able to watch her shows. The bathroom was clean. The water pressure in the sink was low, but the water pressure in the shower was good, and there was plenty of hot water. The shower door didn’t completely close, and if you weren’t careful, you could end up with quite a bit of water on the floor, but it was manageable. Just redirect the shower head, and mop any water on the floor with a towel. We both got a good night’s sleep. The next morning, I went to the office to get coffee. It wasn’t Starbucks, but we found the coffee to be good. The breakfast offering was waffles, cold cereal, white bread for toasting, and orange juice. We didn’t use the pool, but looked fine, and reasonably clean. There was even a lift device to assist those with disabilities. The owner was friendly, and accommodating. This facility met our needs for the night. I’m glad we found it. 👍🏻
