Room was spacious and the meal was tasty to our liking. Loved their Singkong Goreng menu! The staff was nice and our driver who picked up us in the airport was very helpful. Hotel environment provided a jogging track and nice view to stroll. So lavish! The improvement they can do is the floor cleaning to make it cleaner. And to care monitoring of the last night dishes of which were still stacked in our terrace by noon. When we stayed, there was a renovation which a bit noisy after we came back from Ijen to take a rest. But the worker stopped at evening. Overall, we enjoyed our staying and would stay there again if going to Ijen again.

Nice hotel. Overall experience is great! Check in was fast Room well maintained and clean. Very luxurious pool available but to bad on the day we stayed they have birthday event next to the swimming pool so very noisy and not comfortable. A great place for business or leisure stay as the hotel in the city center of Surabaya next to big Shopping Mall International style breakfast offers plenty of food selection. Chef are well trained. Indonesian specialties are a must try Room cleaner staff and the door man very helpful and well trained I would highly recommend this hotel if your visiting Surabaya Indonesia

I would like to thank you for the great stay i had at your hotel for 4 days and 3 nights. I arrived around 12 p.m and i was greeted by a very friendly staff member. Mr.Asad (Receptionist Staff) was one of a very helpful, polite and fast to respond. What a very good job. The room was fantastic, it was great to be able to walk into a clean, spacious room and go straight to bed without worrying about a thing (Thankyou for the housekeeping team). Breakfast choice was fantastic. Recommend the traditonal foods. Will stay again for my business trip next time..cheers.

If you don't mind hotels with old nuances and so-so service... Then this hotel might be the right choice. A few useful tips for you: order from the application with the lowest rate, choose the lowest class, do not order the service with breakfast, most importantly ... Lower expectations as low as possible Plus: the price is very cheap, the publish-rate is even cheaper than some apps. Their lowest class (July 2022) is only 270k, 290k with breakfast (usually fried rice delivered to each room). The location is right in the heart of Surabaya, next door to Plaza Surabaya, Surabaya Square, Submarine Monument, and 5 minutes walk from Gubeng Lama Station. And oh yeah, each of their rooms is equipped with a bathtub. Minus: some of the interiors seem gloomy and many are already dull. The swimming pool is so-so, but not child-friendly, the shallowest part is 1.2 m and there is no clear barrier with the bottom of the pool sloping to a depth of 1.9 m, so parents who invite their children to swim here must really accompany and ensure children just play along the stairs to enter the pool. Coffee, tea and toiletries provided are only for one person each, except for two towels which look very dull. The choice of food is very limited, the additional menu offered is very expensive, it's better to order online service Two notes that bothered me quite a bit; 1. A sizeable tax arrears sticker on the front window of the hotel. With the pandemic conditions getting better, I hope you recover quickly and get over it... 2. In the morning I was about to go to the swimming pool, access was still closed, it didn't really matter, the receptionist responded quickly, it's just that at that time there were several young people from nowhere, I can confirm that they were not hotel guests, talking very noisy , two of which smoked from the lobby all the way down the hall to the pool without noticing the surroundings. One of the youths who previously smoked, still wearing trousers and a t-shirt, entered the swimming pool, then used soap in the pool. Enough to take away my mood

This is our first time visit Surabaya. We stayed for 2 nights 2 rooms. Everything was smooth but one thing that i dispointed was the guy staff at restaurant when we had a breakfast last day. In the front restaurant he asked for room number which was very normal i told him 2 rooms my kids 2 infant 1 my niece 1 and i told him my husband will be here soon then i walked to find our table and prepare my kids meal suddenly he came again with same question he said their SOP 1 room for 2 adults he asked how old my older kids. It doesnt make sense cause he can see my older kid far from ADULT he just 8 years old. And i told him i came here with 3 adult, 2 kids, 1 infant so whats the problem ??? I took 2 rooms. He said sorry at the end but its ruin my morning mood :( But the food was great by the way..

Was lucky enough to be upgraded to Executive Club for my 14 night stay and must admit we made the most of it. Breakfast cooked to order, afternoon tea, 6pm wine and great choice of cooked eats, cheese, cakes/puddings etc which meant we didn't need to go for dinner. Room was good with modern tv with lots of channels and enabling smartview from mobile/tablet (internet was strong throughout hotel). Bathroom was great with fantastic showers and a bathtub which filled quickly. Bed was huge and comfortable, blackout curtains and subtle lighting to enable sleep at any time and aircon worked perfectly and quietly. 3 restaurants on site for the odd night we fancied straying from the executive lounge. Restaurants were a little expensive perhaps but it's a 5 star hotel so to be expected. Pros: Good rooms, strong internet, great showers, Executive Club - OUTSTANDING staff/customer service in all areas of hotel and unbelievably charming staff. Cons: Desperados bar in the basement had good live music but was very disappointing (best avoided unless you are in a group).
Whiz Prime Hotel Basuki Rahmat Malang

I stayed for one night. It’s not far from train station, less than 20 minutes walk. The hotel allowed me to check-in earlier despite no personal request when booking. I booked the cheapest rate without breakfast because I didn’t know what they offer for breakfast during these times. One thing I remember the most is that the towel and linen smelled nice, I think it’s jasmine. Amenities were enough, including slippers. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Luggage rack and door handle were not in a good condition (screws were loose), and the safe box was locked, I couldn’t use it. Hotel played instrumental musics on speakers, but it’s quite disturbing when it’s 10pm and you could hear it from the room. Cleanliness need to be improved. I found the dirts from previous guest under the bed frame, and public restroom on lobby wasn’t clean enough. Receptionists were ok, I didn’t interact with other staffs. I don’t mind staying here again.
Dialoog Banyuwangi
4.8/578 Reviews
There are so much to critisize about Dialoog for booking a suite room. From the first time we arrived that we can't use too much hot water, because it only provides for two people when I was bringing 2 children so we have to wait for some time to refill the hot water tank. And for a suite they don't have a refrigerator in the room. The amenities very standard, only dental kit. The room itself so spacious, and we got the sea view which was super nice. The facilities are complete, spa room, gym with equiped tools, the infinity swimming pool also nice and clean. The surrounding view was the best! And here come the not so good part, the breakfast experience. As the biggest resort in town, the breakfast variations was very limited! Because after this hotel I moved to another hotel, Dialoog breakfast can't even compare to them. The taste wa so so. They only provide black coffee, and when my husband wanted a cup of latte we have to pay for extra price which in another hotel we got it for free. And it's standard in 4-5 stars hotel. Only a black coffee when we pay 3 million/day for a suite. They don't put the juices in jar, but as per request they poured it for us in a small glass, and the variation of juices only papaya, watermelon, and melon. Super standard food variation. You can have it all you can drink was tea , water, and coffee 😁 It was peak season and I don't impressed at all with the food. At least I was amazed by the views and the resort. So it covered my dissapointment of hotel experience. Will I come back again to this hotel? NO! It wasn't worth the price trust me, unless ypu choose this hotel ONLY for the views.
ARTOTEL Cabin Bromo
4.1/543 Reviews
A good hotel near the Bromo volcano. The houses are small, but everything is there. A good bed and pillows. Tea, coffee, water. View of the mountains. The altitude is about 2500 meters. At night the temperature drops to *12!! It is comfortable to sleep under a blanket. The breakfasts are ordinary. It is good for a stop for 1 or 2 nights to visit volcanoes.

This hotel has been used to be very good in service and facilities, but now it has become less tidy with peeling walls, untidy corridors, less varied and less interesting breakfast menu. The musty smell in the hotel environment and the stench if not managed properly in the future. Thank you
