Very Good
GGuest UserGreat hotel situated in a peaceful location about 20 minutes walk downhill/ 5 minutes cab from MG Road area. Options for mountain view rooms with balcony for calming views. The staff are really attentive and welcoming. Has a pool and outdoor dining area.
On the minus side … bathroom shower curtains need a good clean and towels + bed sheets could also be cleaner

Great
GGuest UserWell appointed rooms, courteous and helpful staff. In close proximity to MG Marg via stairs.
Recommended as a value for money option.
Buffet breakfast is ok. However, ala-cartè prices are steep.

Amazing
GGuest UserIt was an ok experience. The hotel is a little run down in parts. Service at the dinner rooms were not always the best. The staff are not really bothered and would not give the menu quickly for instance. The room was nice but again it was not in the main block.. there was something missing in the hotels experience. The free evening tea and snack was awful. Yea was made terribly and the snack was tasteless. There are better evening tea service in places with yum snacks. This was plain simple boring and stingy at giving good food.
Personally I would not stay here again.

Great
GGuest UserI booked to stay one night with my father. Their staff are so amazing they changed the room immediately as my father could not walk too ***y stairs. So I would like to say their staff and hospitality is top notch.
The room was really nice however there was a sound that came from the kitchen exhaust which was like a generator. So until the kitchen shut at 10pm this noise was there. This is the only negative part of my stay. The other suggestion I have is to have some room to do exercises or games room or something.
Its an amazing property. Loved it.

GGuest UserAmritara Hidden Land Gangtok
An outstanding hotel, staff were welcoming, polite, friendly and very helpful.
The hotel was beautiful and the room was well appointed.
I would like to specifically mention Mr. Samar Singh and Mr. Indranil Ghosh (front desk and restaurant, respectively) for there assistance.
I would also like to mention the manager Mr. Atonu Borah for his helpful assistance during our stay.
Overall I cannot fault the hotel in any way.
I would highly recommend the hotel and long may it continue to provide such exceptional service.

GGuest UserThe property is on the lower side from road...Far away from Buddha park...No inverter..A mysterious sound coming from bathroom..The manager doesn't even know where it's coming from..Views are awesome from the lawn...Food quality was awesome with reasonable prices ...Staff behaviour is very good..

GGuest UserNice stay in Sparrow Cherry. The location is perfect, near MG Road and quietly located. Very friendly staff, the dinner was delicious. The room may use a lick paint, everything works well and is OK, only you see the hotel is older. Sometimes it's a little chaotic, starting times of the buffet change and if you can eat is Dr. nothing yet. But that is also a little bit of India ;-). Buffets are not very extensive, but everything there is good and delicious.

GGuest UserThe rooms are nicely done, a hygienic washroom with hot water availability. The restaurant serves nepalese, ******* and italian cuisine which is mouthwatering and 5 stars to the chef. Special mention for the staff, it was an experience i would want to come back to and would recommend viewers also to experience india mandala
