"the hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient, close to many attractions and restaurants (5/5). however, the cleanliness needs improvement. the floor in my room was sticky when I checked in, which made the room feel not properly cleaned (3/5).
the service and amenities were average (3/5). overall, it’s a good choice for the location, but I hope the hotel pays more attention to room cleanliness, especially making sure the floors are properly cleaned before guests arrive."
