First time here, stayed on the executive floor, and overall I was quite satisfied. The front desk service was excellent; there was a young man whose Mandarin was clear and fluent, and he was very warm and attentive. He processed our early check-in, introduced the hotel's free shuttle bus, and even lent us a universal adapter. I think his name was A**son – I made a note of it at the time, but I've forgotten half of it since… A special shout-out to him! (May 2nd)
The downside is that the hotel was too cold… The central air conditioning couldn't be turned off, and the fan was noisy at night.
Also, I hope the executive lounge adds more staff who can speak Mandarin.

Flawless location, facilities, and service! Having stayed at many Ritz properties, the one in Hong Kong is definitely top-tier. The executive lounge is on the 116th floor, and the Ctrip group discount offered great value for money. Our room was upgraded to one with Victoria Harbour night views, and complimentary welcome fruits were provided. Due to environmental policies, hotels in Hong Kong no longer offer bottled water like those in mainland China, but this hotel still provides large glass bottles of drinking water, which is very convenient. The swimming pool water temperature was incredibly comfortable, always around 30 degrees Celsius, making it the best among all Ritz-Carltons I've stayed at. However, it seems there's only a wet sauna, no dry sauna. The executive lounge also offers excellent food, and the staff's attitude is superb! The hotel's location in West Kowloon is very convenient for getting anywhere, and there's a shopping mall right downstairs. Plus, Tin Lung Heen, a two-Michelin-starred restaurant, is located within the hotel. Highly recommended!

Thanks for the birthday cakes for my dad. Location is great, everything is nearby. Great staff service, they greet you whenever they see you. Very old hotel but is well maintained. Room carpet definitely need to change as it has the typical old and dirty smell. Amenities is great. Gym is well equipped and 24hrs which is great. The hair dryer is way too old and weak. Maybe is time to change to a new one. There's filtered tap water in the room which is very good and environmental friendly. Overall is great. Check out is 11pm BTW. Realised most hotel in hkg and Macau need to check out at 11am which I find it weird as most hotel in the world check out at 12pm. Check in was 3pm but the room was only ready until 4pm. So that's kinda ridiculous when theres no extention of time to check out at 12pm.

We had a very pleasant stay. Very clean and comfortable room with city view. Friendly staff and service members.
Only minor thing we had was when checking in they gave us a room for the 17th floor, although we booked a room for the 23rd-33rd floor. After consulting our booking company ourselves and more than one hour later we eventually got a room om floor 27.

Location was convenient; near the Mong Kok Station, however there's no lift and the escalator does not reach all the way to the street level. There's still a flight of stairs to climb, difficult for elderly or if you are carrying luggage.
The wet market behind is interesting. The hotel is directly connected to the shopping mall at Lobby level.
Cleanliness & housekeeping is excellent especially since the hotel is not that new. They also provide bottled water whenever you require more.

Stayed for 5 nights over 6 days with my child (two separate bookings). The front desk upgraded our room for a reasonable additional charge, and the room was quite spacious, especially for Hong Kong standards. The hotel is very convenient for dining and getting around. Plus, just across the road, there's a riverside park perfect for morning and evening strolls, offering great air quality. Shatin New Town Plaza is only about a 10-minute walk away, making shopping and dining very convenient. Overall, it was a very good value-for-money hotel for this trip.

The room was really big and spacious, and all the disposable amenities were well-stocked. The USB charging ports directly on the power outlets in the room were super convenient! The mini-bar was incredibly well-stocked and everything was free – good, good!
Parking was quite easy and didn't block the road, haha.
It's a bit of a walk to the subway station, but there are lots of food options nearby! I highly recommend the hand rolls at the small plaza across the street! I might even stay here again just for those next time.

This was my second stay at Kerry Hotel, and after a great first experience, this one really soured my impression. I've stayed in many star-rated hotels, and it's quite common for staff to help bring a cup of coffee to the table during breakfast. Here, however, my request was denied, and I was vaguely told where the coffee machine was. Being denied isn't the issue; what's laughable is that immediately after I was refused, another staff member agreed to get coffee for the girl at the next table! So, does your hotel staff discriminate based on who you are? When I checked out, the doorman seemed enthusiastic about helping with my luggage, but only took it to the car's trunk. As soon as the driver got out, he just walked away, even prompting the local driver to complain about the hotel's terrible service! Moving luggage to the trunk is part of their job. For thousands a night, you'd expect better service! If you want to earn money from mainland guests, stop treating them differently.

The best service I've ever experienced. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and the front desk staff speaks better English than me to boot.
Rooms are great and come furnished with everything you need and more. The outlets are, I believe, British standards, but the room included adapters for USB charging and American standard. Our room had a pretty swank view that captured mountain, ocean, and cityscape in one frame
Decent gym with maybe 10 treadmills, a small area for dumbbells, and enough machines to hit every major muscle group. Overall around the same caliber as a Planet Fitness.

We stayed in a sea-view room on a lower floor, the 7th, but the view was still decent, especially nice at night. I found the hotel's breakfast buffet quite ordinary; there weren't many dishes that suited my taste. I'd recommend eating out or trying the Shang Palace downstairs instead. Shang Palace was truly amazing, the best meal we had during our trip to Hong Kong. It's rare to find a place where every dish and dim sum is so good. Remember to make a reservation in advance!
Our room was cleaned twice daily, and we received three coffee capsules each day. We bought our own bottled water from a supermarket and refilled the dispenser, but the hotel staff kindly topped up our other water supplies every time they cleaned.
At check-in, there were two lines. The other line was giving out small gifts (in a white canvas bag) to children, but we didn't receive one. My child noticed and asked about it, but I didn't press the issue. I hope they can treat all guests equally in the future. The hotel lobby bar serves 'tong sui' (sweet soup) from 6:30 PM to midnight, and it was delicious!
Be aware that each disposable toiletry item in the bathroom costs 1.00. The hotel's location is excellent; there's an escalator directly from the ground floor lobby that takes you up to a footbridge leading straight to Victoria Harbour. It was lovely for morning strolls and runs.

Stayed in the Ocean Front room with 2 queen beds & the view couldn’t be beaten. An absolute pleasure to watch the ships coming and going. The breakfast at the hotel was awesome & had great Western options for the whole family. We also used the free shuttle to two MTR stations, making travel around very easy. Shuttles run every 30 minutes. While the hotel isn’t centrally located, the services they provide make up for it. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
We had a wonderful stay at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong. The facilities are outstanding. The heated pool was such a treat, and the gym is modern and beautifully equipped. The changing rooms felt genuinely luxurious, with immaculate showers and a sauna that made it easy to unwind after a long day. But what truly sets this hotel apart, is the service. Every interaction was handled with the highest level of professionalism, yet it never felt stiff or generic, it was warm, attentive, and surprisingly personalized. The team anticipated what we needed, remembered details, and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout the stay. A flawless experience from start to finish. We hope to return at the next opportunity.
Good location, connected directly to the train station and with a view. The service is good—they arranged a surprise birthday cake and gift card. The room is comfortable for a family of three.
A convenient hotel situated next to Hong Kong International Airport. The Regal Airport Hotel is a 10-15 min walk from the arrivals hall A to the airport hotel. For some travellers who are on a long layover or on a business trip it is very convenient. If you have a very early departure from HKIA I would also recommend as you wont have the burden of having to wake up early to commute to the airport as you'd just be a walking distance. For those looking to travel into the city its not so convenient as you will need to take the MTR or a bus ride out each time. I'd recommend choosing a hotel in the city or closer to the main attractions
One of the best hotels. Gorgeous views from a great height. Breakfast on the 103rd floor, gym and pool on the 118th floor. The price is high, but it's worth it for 1-2 days.
