Hotel near HongKong International Airport,Hong Kong 8.8% of visitors choose this area

Stayed at Regal Airport Hotel recently. Being the only hotel directly connected to Hong Kong International Airport, the location is definitely very convenient for transit and early flights. The rooms are quite old and could use some refurbishment, but the room size is still excellent — spacious enough even for 4 guests comfortably. One area that could be improved is the walking distance within the hotel/access areas. It may not be very elderly-friendly, especially considering the hotel is positioned at a premium price range. Providing buggy/cart services would greatly improve guest convenience and overall experience. On the positive side, the breakfast was really good with a healthy variety of choices. Overall, still a practical and comfortable choice for airport travellers and families.

The RITZ Carlton, ICC (International Commerce Centre), truly shines with its incredible breakfast views overlooking the entire Hong Kong Island. This was the main reason I chose to stay here a second time. Compared to hotels like The Rosewood or other hotels on Hong Kong Island, the price here is relatively more affordable. I mostly traveled by taxi, so I didn't pay much attention to subway convenience, though I believe the West Kowloon MTR Station is within walking distance. The hotel service, naturally, matches its star rating, and the facilities and amenities don't feel old or outdated. This time, there was a welcome tea, which was a nice touch. However, the staff assisting with the elevators seemed fewer than during my last visit. Since you have to switch elevators, it's easy to get confused and go the wrong way. I'd suggest putting up some signs if there aren't staff members to guide guests.

The Royal Garden Hotel is right in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. I first stayed there back in 1999 when I visited Hong Kong, and I remember thinking how beautiful it was, especially the rooftop pool – absolutely stunning! The hotel's atrium restaurant, with its soaring, open-plan design spanning over ten floors, was also impressive. I've stayed at The Royal Garden several times since, and even on my most recent visit, it still felt remarkably new! Fantastic value for money.

Awesome, super good, hahaha! The picture below was taken in the room, by the way. They didn't provide complimentary bottled water or disposable toiletries, but there was an unlimited supply of tissues. I'm telling the truth. I paid over a thousand kuai for one night to see Victoria Harbour, and the view was ”no less impressive than The Rosewood.”

Cordis never disappoints me. It is my third time to stay at this hotel for business trip. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Cleaning team also does an excellent job. On 14 May I was working in hotel in afternoon, the cleaning team asked me carefully if she could clean the room. I said yes of course. She did it very efficient and provide me with a mouse pad as she noticed that I didn’t hv one with a laptop on . I was too busy to say thank you to her, if hotel could see this, please do give her good performance rewards. My next visit to HK will surely be with Cordis again.

I'm genuinely shocked by the service these days. I witnessed an incident firsthand: a solo guest was staying at the hotel, and the next day, a 'friend' wanted to join them for the complimentary buffet breakfast. The person at the entrance, checking guests in, noticed it was a solo booking and immediately refused entry to the self-proclaimed 'friend'. The 'friend' turned to leave, but the hotel staff completely ignored us, who were waiting right behind them to check in for breakfast. Instead, they immediately called the front desk, confirmed the guest's information, and then, in front of everyone, used highly inappropriate language, loudly exclaiming, 'I just chased away a clueless *****!' We all heard it clearly. Meanwhile, the man who had left wasn't far from the elevators, heard what was said, and immediately came back, asking, 'What did you just say?' The person on the phone largely ignored him… To be frank, I don't care if that person was trying to get a free buffet breakfast or not, but the staff's handling of the situation was completely out of line. At the very least, they shouldn't have used such disrespectful language for other guests to hear while dealing with this, and their disregard for us waiting to enter – does that mean any guest who turns to leave will be subjected to discriminatory remarks? Speechless.

The hotel's location is a bit awkward; it's not close to the subway or bus stops. If you have luggage, taking a taxi is the most sensible way to get around. The lobby is quite small and looks a bit dated. However, the doormen and concierge were very proactive, quickly greeting guests and guiding them to the front desk. We booked an Executive Floor room, and check-in could be done on the 9th floor. However, the Executive benefits were enjoyed on the 28th floor. The Executive Lounge is very small and connected to the Tian Wai Tian restaurant next door. Breakfast can be had either at Tian Wai Tian or on the second floor. The Executive Lounge food, including afternoon tea and happy hour, had very limited choices, and the quality wasn't great. During dinner, they offered smoked salmon, ham, chicken meatballs, and a few types of cheese. Several alcoholic beverages were available, but because the accompanying food was so simple and mediocre, it didn't create much of a drinking atmosphere. Personally, I found this to be a significant drawback, as the main reason for booking an Executive Floor was to relax and enjoy a drink at the hotel. However, the service staff in the Executive Lounge deserve high praise! Two young men were always nearby, maintaining a respectful distance, and attentive to our needs. They frequently checked in with us and provided prompt service. The tables in the lounge were very low, even lower than the seats, which was awkward for my husband and me who had brought our laptops expecting to get some work done. I'd like to specially thank Vivian, who, after understanding our needs, immediately coordinated and secured a table for us in the Tian Wai Tian restaurant, allowing us to work comfortably. We are truly grateful for her meeting our needs and enabling us to work productively for an afternoon. Overall, the hotel isn't large or particularly grand, and the facilities are indeed a bit lacking. However, the staff across all departments demonstrated a high level of service, prioritizing people and guest satisfaction. Isn't that what we, as guests, hope for most? I hope the hotel can improve the lounge's food and beverage offerings; that would really take it to the next level!

Overall, I'd give this hotel a high rating. I've stayed in many high-end hotels, and I chose Kerry Hotel because my company is in a Kerry office building, so I had a good impression of the group, though I wasn't very familiar with their hotel business beforehand. The room size is genuinely large for Hong Kong standards, and it's very well laid out. The decor is simple and elegant, which really suits my taste. It was very comfortable to stay in, and the color scheme and overall style of the room had a wonderfully relaxing vibe. Its location is definitely worth mentioning. It's a quiet oasis amidst the bustle, tucked away in its own corner. Right outside the door is a waterfront promenade, perfect for a leisurely stroll after dinner to watch the boats – very pleasant. Despite its quiet setting, the transportation is actually excellent. There's a bus terminus and taxi stand downstairs, and it's not far from the MTR. Across the street is a pier where you can catch a ferry to Central, making it ideal as a travel hub or simply for a relaxing getaway. For dining, the hotel has restaurants and a waterfront cafe on the first floor, both offering a good selection. A nice touch was the complimentary minibar upon check-in – hotels at this price point should definitely be more generous. The service was also quite thoughtful and thorough. The room came with a universal adapter, and the small alarm clock not only had wireless charging but also Type-C and USB outputs. So, if you forgot your adapter, you basically had nothing to worry about. The front desk and restaurant staff I encountered were all very polite. All in all, it's a hotel with great value for money, the kind of place I'd be happy to return to.

The hotel service was excellent! We checked in during the May Day holiday and even got a room upgrade. The front desk staff was very patient and told us where to find good food nearby. The hotel is very close to the subway, which makes getting around super convenient. I also really appreciated the water dispenser providing water at different temperatures – that's a great touch! And even though it's in Hong Kong, this hotel is HUGE! Although it's located in Sha Tin, getting to the city center by subway is really quick, so the value for money is just incredible! Plus, the hotel provides various little cards, for example, a card on the fridge clearly stating that the mini-bar is chargeable, and a card on the table apologizing for potential noise due to ongoing renovations. They are so thoughtful!

## Review **Ambiance:** The room was spacious and bright, with new facilities. The bathroom was also very roomy, with a separate wet and dry area. Among the several hotels I've stayed at in Hong Kong, this was definitely the best. One side of the hotel connects directly to an overhead bridge, providing easy access to the waterfront for night views. It's also just a short walk to Harbour City and K11, which is incredibly convenient. This time, I stayed in a partial sea-view room, and I could see the sea and passing ships from the window. **Service:** The bellhop proactively helped with my luggage, and when I checked out, he even offered to call a taxi for me. He was polite and perceptive – highly commendable! **Cleanliness:** I was bitten by an unknown insect, resulting in seven swollen and unbearably itchy bumps. On the morning of the 7th, after checking in on the evening of the 6th, I inexplicably had many bumps on both hands. The itching was intense. I informed housekeeping, and they said they would disinfect the room for me. When I checked out on the 9th, I reported the situation to the front desk. The front desk staff gave me a bottle of mosquito repellent to apply and said I could get more if needed. I appreciate how they handled the issue! Very satisfied! **Suggestions:** I hope the hotel will provide insect repellents or sprays in the rooms to prevent future guests from being bitten. I also hope the hotel pays attention to small details to make the stay even more comfortable!

KkuulasunEverything about the hotel is great, except it's a bit far out. However, the sea view is absolutely beautiful, and the shuttle bus service is very convenient, running punctually every hour. You can also take the shuttle from the subway station to the hotel. Overall, the service is quite good, and the rooms are spacious. Plus, you get 15% off purchases and 10% off dining at Ocean Park when you use your hotel room card.

GGuest UserAbsolutely loved our stay! The 45th-floor family level is such a unique feature, and we could even check in directly there. They gave the kids so many little gifts, and the view from our room was absolutely incredible, with a breathtaking panoramic of Victoria Harbour. Plus, the 'grab and go' healthy snacks were a fantastic touch, and the quality of all the food was really impressive. Highly recommend!

DDietmar KOur stay at W Hong Kong was nothing short of outstanding – and that's not only because of the breathtaking Victoria Harbour views, the stylish design, or the convenient location above the Elements shopping mall. The real difference was the exceptional service, especially from Alex, the Welcome Manager. From the moment we checked in, we felt truly welcome. Despite a fully booked hotel, Alex took plenty of time to explain everything, gave us excellent local recommendations, and made our request for a high-floor harbour-view room happen effortlessly. His warm, professional, yet relaxed attitude perfectly captures the modern luxury that the W brand promises. The room was immaculate, the famous W Bed was incredibly comfortable, the rooftop pool area was stunning, and the service at the bar was fantastic throughout our stay. Final verdict: Whether traveling for business or leisure, W Hong Kong comes highly recommended. And if you want something special – we hope Alex will be there to welcome you. Thank you to the entire team, and especially to Alex, for an unforgettable experience. We will definitely be back.

SSaingWe recently returned from our ski trip in Japan, but unfortunately, I injured my knee and I'm currently using crutches and a wheelchair. As soon as my wife and I entered the hotel, we were warmly greeted by a humorous doorman who was incredibly helpful with our luggage and assisting with the wheelchair lift. Upon checking in, we had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Maxim Oodterveld, who kindly upgraded us to a premium L600 room, considering my condition. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, complete with a grand circle bathtub. To our delight, we were also welcomed with some snacks and New Year chocolates. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was convenient and enjoyable. Their attention to detail and professionalism were outstanding, and it made me proud to witness the high standard of Hong Kong hospitality. Additionally, I must mention that the breakfast at the MO bar was absolutely incredible with late hour serving given the public holiday, the quality of the food surpassed our expectations. What made the experience even better was the exceptional service provided by our waiter. He was extremely helpful in taking our orders and providing valuable suggestions. Despite being on a 16/8 fasting schedule and typically skipping breakfast, we couldn't resist indulging in the delicious spread at the MO Bar. The exquisite breakfast was definitely worth breaking our fasting routine for, and we wouldn't hesitate to enjoy it again. Drawing from our positive experiences at the Mandarin Oriental in Hong Kong, we have decided to stay at the Mandarin Oriental for the next leg of our trip.
