I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything organized perfectly. The location was also very convenient, close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of options every morning. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the excellent customer service throughout my stay. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and quality service.

Flawless location, facilities, and service! Having stayed at many Ritz properties, the one in Hong Kong is definitely top-tier. The executive lounge is on the 116th floor, and the Ctrip group discount offered great value for money. Our room was upgraded to one with Victoria Harbour night views, and complimentary welcome fruits were provided. Due to environmental policies, hotels in Hong Kong no longer offer bottled water like those in mainland China, but this hotel still provides large glass bottles of drinking water, which is very convenient. The swimming pool water temperature was incredibly comfortable, always around 30 degrees Celsius, making it the best among all Ritz-Carltons I've stayed at. However, it seems there's only a wet sauna, no dry sauna. The executive lounge also offers excellent food, and the staff's attitude is superb! The hotel's location in West Kowloon is very convenient for getting anywhere, and there's a shopping mall right downstairs. Plus, Tin Lung Heen, a two-Michelin-starred restaurant, is located within the hotel. Highly recommended!

The room rates during the May Day holiday were a bit painful, so after much searching, I finally settled on this place and booked the cheapest room type. It was my first time in Hong Kong, and I'd seen many reviews mentioning discrimination, which made me a little anxious before going. However, I didn't feel any of that during my stay. When I checked in, I asked the front desk staff if they could arrange a higher and quieter room for me. To my surprise, not only did they fulfill my request, but they also gave me a semi-seaview room! The room was small but very tidy, and there was always someone to open the door when entering or leaving the lobby. There's a delicious butterfly pastry shop right downstairs from the hotel, and they even offer an 8.5% discount for hotel guests. There are also many great restaurants nearby, and transportation is super convenient. I only stayed for two nights, which wasn't enough – I'll definitely go back next time!

Great location! Just make sure to take the closest subway exit, as the path can be a bit rough with luggage. The staff were fantastic and helped me upgrade to a river view room. The room was newly renovated with a stunning river view. It had all the basic amenities like slippers, tea bags, and shower gel, but surprisingly no disposable items like toothbrushes or toothpaste, and no complimentary bottled water, which was a bit inconvenient. The pillows were also quite soft and thin. Plenty of shopping and dining options nearby.

Our three-night stay at the Cordis Hotel in Mong Kok was exceptional in every way. The hotel staff, particularly those at the frontline and our room attendant Kaity, provided outstanding service. Additionally, the staff at the gym and pool area were warm and welcoming, always greet us with a smile. The pool staff, in particular, were diligent in their service, providing drinks and towels and ensuring the pool area doors were managed efficiently. The rooms were both spacious and comfortable, and the fitness facilities were of a high standard, featuring comprehensive gym equipment and an impressive spa pool. The hotel's connection to Langham Place shopping mall and proximity to a subway station further added to the excellence of our stay. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Hong Kong.

The room was quite spacious, but the facilities were old and showed signs of wear and tear in many places. The bathtub drain was rusty, and the showerhead leaked heavily along the hose, making it impossible to shower properly without getting clothes soaked. So, I couldn't record a video. There were cracks on the side of the sink and a hole in the wallpaper near the bedside lamp. The room had poor sound insulation, and there was a damp, pungent smell from the carpet, which left me with a sore throat in the morning. Luckily, I only stayed for one day, so I didn't bother complaining to the front desk. Service: I booked my room quite early, and after taxes, it was over 800 yuan, excluding breakfast. On the day of check-in, the room rate was 200-300 yuan cheaper than when I booked, but the staff didn't offer me a room upgrade. The service was mediocre, not as good as other hotels in the same price range. Pros: There's a 299X bus stop right in front of the hotel, which is super convenient for getting to Sai Kung Pier ⛵️. It's a direct route. Surroundings: You need to take a taxi to the nearest mall; it's a bit far to walk.

The room was really big and spacious, and all the disposable amenities were well-stocked. The USB charging ports directly on the power outlets in the room were super convenient! The mini-bar was incredibly well-stocked and everything was free – good, good! Parking was quite easy and didn't block the road, haha. It's a bit of a walk to the subway station, but there are lots of food options nearby! I highly recommend the hand rolls at the small plaza across the street! I might even stay here again just for those next time.

This was my second stay at Kerry Hotel, and after a great first experience, this one really soured my impression. I've stayed in many star-rated hotels, and it's quite common for staff to help bring a cup of coffee to the table during breakfast. Here, however, my request was denied, and I was vaguely told where the coffee machine was. Being denied isn't the issue; what's laughable is that immediately after I was refused, another staff member agreed to get coffee for the girl at the next table! So, does your hotel staff discriminate based on who you are? When I checked out, the doorman seemed enthusiastic about helping with my luggage, but only took it to the car's trunk. As soon as the driver got out, he just walked away, even prompting the local driver to complain about the hotel's terrible service! Moving luggage to the trunk is part of their job. For thousands a night, you'd expect better service! If you want to earn money from mainland guests, stop treating them differently.

The best service I've ever experienced. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and the front desk staff speaks better English than me to boot. Rooms are great and come furnished with everything you need and more. The outlets are, I believe, British standards, but the room included adapters for USB charging and American standard. Our room had a pretty swank view that captured mountain, ocean, and cityscape in one frame Decent gym with maybe 10 treadmills, a small area for dumbbells, and enough machines to hit every major muscle group. Overall around the same caliber as a Planet Fitness.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to Tsim Sha Tsui Centre, and just a short walk to the waterfront and K11 Musea. There are also plenty of breakfast options nearby, which is super convenient. The room size is quite spacious for this area. We booked a twin room and were able to push the beds together to make a king-sized bed over two meters wide, which was perfect for sleeping with our child, and they even provided a bed rail. Although there's no bottled water, they offer a water dispenser with temperature control for direct drinking, which is a thoughtful touch. The bathroom is also spacious; even without a bathtub, the water pressure is excellent, making for a comfortable shower experience. The staff were responsive and friendly, and the lobby can help call a taxi. The only thing we were unhappy with was that, despite the room looking clean and tidy, all four of us – my husband, my parents, and myself – suspect we were bitten by bed bugs or similar creatures while sleeping. After two nights, we woke up with five or six red, itchy bites on our legs that didn't look like mosquito bites. We're not sure if it was the bedding or the carpet that wasn't clean. Luckily, our child was fine. For the price we paid, this was quite disappointing and put a bit of a damper on what was otherwise a very enjoyable trip to Hong Kong. I hope they can improve their hygiene and cleaning.

Stayed in the Ocean Front room with 2 queen beds & the view couldn’t be beaten. An absolute pleasure to watch the ships coming and going. The breakfast at the hotel was awesome & had great Western options for the whole family. We also used the free shuttle to two MTR stations, making travel around very easy. Shuttles run every 30 minutes. While the hotel isn’t centrally located, the services they provide make up for it. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong. The facilities are outstanding. The heated pool was such a treat, and the gym is modern and beautifully equipped. The changing rooms felt genuinely luxurious, with immaculate showers and a sauna that made it easy to unwind after a long day. But what truly sets this hotel apart, is the service. Every interaction was handled with the highest level of professionalism, yet it never felt stiff or generic, it was warm, attentive, and surprisingly personalized. The team anticipated what we needed, remembered details, and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout the stay. A flawless experience from start to finish. We hope to return at the next opportunity.

A convenient hotel situated next to Hong Kong International Airport. The Regal Airport Hotel is a 10-15 min walk from the arrivals hall A to the airport hotel. For some travellers who are on a long layover or on a business trip it is very convenient. If you have a very early departure from HKIA I would also recommend as you wont have the burden of having to wake up early to commute to the airport as you'd just be a walking distance. For those looking to travel into the city its not so convenient as you will need to take the MTR or a bus ride out each time. I'd recommend choosing a hotel in the city or closer to the main attractions
