I went to the walking tour with friends. I didn't know Minami area had so many hidden gems. Specially, the different art exhibitions as I am very interested in Art. We got to speak to a few local people and visited the biggest bamboo factory in Oita! There were quite a few quirky shops for gifts. I also loved the cozy, aesthetic cafes. The tour guide was bilingual and very friendly. I would recommend it!

The tour guide was calm and very enthusiastic, even offering to help take photos. She switched between Chinese and English throughout the tour, providing excellent explanations of the sights. This itinerary was very unique, and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Visiting Kyushu for 2 weeks so getting the JR all Kyushu 7 day pass was a no brainer. Is considered buying it on the official JR site but it seemed very complicated. Using Trip for this was a breeze and as they had all our details from us after buying our flight through then I'm glad i did.

Guide Kang Byeong-beom was the best guide I have ever met and was perfect in every way. Even before we gathered, he kindly answered every single question. He was meticulous in taking care of things, contacting us in advance and confirming if we were even a minute late. Once we met, he shared stories about history, culture, and experiences during every travel time. He highlighted the points we shouldn't miss at every location and consistently paid attention to ensure we didn't lose interest in the trip, even when he was busy and pressed for time. At the same time, he guided us well by highlighting must-do events, photo spots, and places to visit, ensuring we had no regrets or disappointments. He also organized the schedule very well. It was a very fulfilling tour, covering the shrine, cable car, and Yufuin! Seeing the active volcano with steam rising, and the view overlooking the lush mountains, sea, and city all at once was truly amazing! Exploring the streets of Yufuin was fun, and everything—like the karaage, udon, and croquettes—was really delicious👍 Thanks to the detailed explanations for each place and recommendations for great restaurants, I was able to do a lot of sightseeing and enjoy some really tasty meals. Even though there were only two other Koreans, you took such meticulous care of us, and thank you for talking to us and looking out for us even though I was traveling alone😊
