very friendly lady who told the story well and made time for the children. Animals were friendly and clearly well taken care of. Waffles were delicious too. We'll def do this one again if back in hellyst.

Such a fab trip! Really close to where we disembarked the ship, easy boarding, there was a staff member on hand to answer questions alongside the recorded guide. Stopping at the waterfall was incredible! Great value.

Perfect activity for a cruise stop! Kayaks are very easy to maneuver and the scenery is unbeatable (even with fog). Highly recommended!
