I was hesitant at first, but it works perfectly. There were no problems with the setup, but it would be much easier if there was an option in the phone settings to indicate which is the e-SIM. I bought it for my daughter, and I had to select e-SIM for her work account; I bought it for my wife, and I had to select travel for hers. Of course, I learned all this through customer support.
