GGuest User: Enjoyed our stay however cut it short by two nights as my request through Trip.com for a walk in shower due to my knee injury was not passed on to Pine Lake and we were given a studio with a bath which had high sides. The reception team were adamant that my request had not been received and did offer the use of the disabled shower in the leisure centre but this was not the same as having facilities in your room. Also the air conditioning was not working and we had to ask for a fan. We were told someone would be along to fix the air conditioning but no one turned up.

GGuest User: This location is very good for me it is only 3.6miles from one of the best golf courses in Lancashire Silverdale and the staff there are second to none the modelling staff are very welcome ing and the place is very clean and warm

GGuest User: The staff were all amazing and go the extra mile, the rooms were nice with everything you could possibly need. The restaurant food was 5 * would definitely recommend this hotel. We will return.

GGuest User: Pamela & Peter were great making sure I had everything I needed, including car parking availability. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was basic but hot. I didn’t use the tv & nearby chair but they were available. The breakfast was good & I had a very tasty home-made steak pie & veg one evening. Plenty of pubs and curry restaurants nearby.
