The room's condition was amazingly great and clean. Very cozy and large for my small family. Please add baby cot for additional request. The room located nearby mall & other facilities which is very convenience for us to find foods. This is my first time check in by myself, there is no front desk, only chat tru wasap, need to read carefully all the instruction quite cost time since its my first time.. overall is great, will repeat for sure.

We had such a bad experience with this hotel when the card used wasnt detected by the scanner at the door. When we wanted to ask the receptionist, there were none of them. The room was okay and cool but the service is not.

Central mall and I-city is just a walk away from the unit. Nice to visit with family. The unit is okay but a bit smelly of animals in the living room (like a cat or something). Group chat created to make it easy for the communication between customers and management. (Suggestion: Need to advise the customer either to buy the parking ticket or use touch & go if the parking pass is still not available for the customer to use in the future.) - will help the customer a lot to make decisions and make it easier for them to travel.
