Had a great time staying at this hotel. A little far from town but the beach was just across a street. Staff were very friendly. Bed was comfortable and there were ample pillows plus bolsters. We stayed in one of the family rooms and it was spacious. Breakfast was ok. But too many flies flying around the bread and salad was a little off putting. Other than that, everything else was fine. They even helped us when we needed to order some snacks, and also assisted in the booking of our snorkeling tour. Overall, very enjoyable stay.

the room was new, clean and ok... the service personell was very friendly. the surroundings is beautiful... its close to the beach,,, and has a great pool. i tried a lunch at the beach resturant , it was not the best experience i had,, the menu was almost unreadable and the staff not so interrested in us... breakfast is ok ... missed bacon tho, but when i return to Thung wua Laen beach next time i would stay at Nana again,,, i really like the place .. there was one receptionist that could speak good english and she was just great,, very helpful and serviceminded.. when the eletricity was gone for a few hours due to maintenance they called me the day before to offer me to stay at another hotel while it was gone .

Grandma was the only one to receive me, and the room key was already ready and waiting for me. 🚕Drop-off at the airport the next day: Grandma’s English is not very good, so after communicating for a long time, I hope she can help arrange a taxi to the airport early the next morning. Grandma was very patient and finally made an appointment ✈️The price of airport transfer is relatively expensive: due to the strange geographical location, airport transfer is about 800-1000🐷, which is heartbreaking💔 🏨The natural environment seems to be good: I arrived at night and left in a hurry before dawn in the morning, so I couldn’t see clearly. Just two steps away is the beach, with many restaurants on the beach. The rooms & hotel area were okay. But the hotel is quite far from beach other places (restaurants, shops etc.). So I think it's better suited to family or group who wants a quiet place separate from others. Also, it's quite hard to go outside unless you have your own transportation (i.e. no public transportation at all). It's also quite a long walk to the beach/main tourist spots (1 km) but I think you will need to be careful at night since you have to walk on quite an isolated road which pass thru some rubber farms which is quite dark at night.
