Apartments in Emeishan

Not what I expected. It's like a residential complex which has been turned into a hotel/resort. The room what very comfortable. Fancy toilet, nice shower, washing machine and a place to sit and read. I didn't get my mountain view, but even if I did the clouds obscured it. The staff on reception and front desk along with housekeeping were great and went out their way to help. However the restaurant staff were not very keen in helping due to the language barrier. They need to be told that speaking louder in Chinese won't make me understand any better. That aside I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.

I really like this duplex homestay. It is very quiet in the small town of Huangwan. The room is very large. The sheets are clean and there is a small balcony. It is very pleasant to stand there in the morning and see the mountains and drink tea. The boss is very enthusiastic. I was going to scan a power bank. The boss directly borrowed one of his own to me, and he was very considerate of the guests. I felt that I didn't make money for making money. There were not many people and it was recommended not to live in the duplex. It is possible to live for the second time. Few people can experience the duplex, but it is a bit wasteful.

It takes about 20 minutes to walk from the Baoguo Temple Visitor Center to the famous hotel one way. There is a small supermarket at the gate and there is basically no food around the hotel. When we checked in to the superior single bedroom we purchased, the customer service lady was very polite and checked us in on the first floor. When we arrived at the accommodation at around 2pm, we opened the door and went in. There was a strong damp smell and it was very stuffy. I opened the window to let the air out and it was still there until I went back at night. There is a damp smell. The quilt on the bed is also moist. I personally feel that the hair dryer is not very easy to use for a long time and does not dry well. It will be noisy outside on the first floor. When you open the balcony glass door, there is no guardrail to climb in from the outside. There are many bugs on the balcony. The decoration of the room looks very good, the disposable supplies are complete and all have separate plastic bags.

The room was unexpectedly perfect😍 I originally wanted to stay in Leidongping to watch the sunrise, but just in time for the rain, I stayed at the foot of Baoguo Temple Mountain. This is a B&B in a high-end community. The environment is elegant and suitable for a quiet rest (it is also very close to the tourist center by sightseeing bus) ~ The room is very clean and makes people feel at ease. Breakfast here is prepared carefully. If you want to be in the morning, the little sister of Shanzhu will also pack it for you and take it away early 😍 A very happy accommodation experience ❤️
