The kitchen contains various utensils, there is a coffee maker and a toaster, and there is a sink and dryer. The hotel is old, like the kitchen and sink wood, but the furniture has been renovated, and there is a dining table for four people. The price is high, the bathroom needs cleaning, there are stains, the TV is small and there is no YouTube, smoking is not allowed in most rooms The hotel has a place on the sixth floor that is open and there are no chairs. Some workers lack experience and need more training. They annoy you by hinting at giving them money, but some of them, on the contrary, are very excellent in dealing, and in particular the respected employee Alan in the hotel restaurant treats him professionally.

Super loved this hotel! Staff are really attentive. Bed is so comfy i did not want to leave. Location is amazing. Literally just have to cross the road to go to Greenbelt. Would love to stay here again on my next visit to Manila. Buffet is good too! The little details on the rooftop Filipino buffet is on point. Makes the experience much better

Citadines Makati is undoubtedly one of the best hotels in Asia, and my favorite among all Citadines hotels. I have stayed at this hotel for more than ten times during the last year and many other Citadines hotels in different countries, but my experience in Makati has been exceptional. The staff at Citadines Makati has always made me feel at home with their warm welcome and willingness to help in any way possible. I am deeply grateful for their hospitality and service, which has been consistently excellent. They have always made a big effort to accommodate my requests, especially my preference for the highest floor, which provides a great view of the city. I have come to regard this hotel as my home in Manila, and I cannot thank the team enough for making my stay so easy and comfortable. With their excellent service, I can focus on my work without any worries. If you use Instagram or TikTok. This is the hotel you need to stay at. I was given complimentary access to Rockwell Leisure Club. It’s a members only club for Rockwell Condo unit owners. Very exclusive. It’s basically a millionaires club. Saw many celebrities at the club’s gym and pool. Very beautiful pool too. Access to the Rockwell Leisure Club sets this hotel apart from all others in Rockwell Makati.

Firstly, the good. Good location in colourful Poblacion (close to the heart of Makati but keep alert) and reasonably priced. Good friendly staff who go out of their way, Nino, Marlon and Leo (Nino in particular gave me great help when ING Australia had suspended use of my ATM card given its overseas use even though I advised that I would be overseas! lol). Good security (steel security door) and good value. The bad....upper floors can only be accessed by stairs which resemble the steep climb to the death face of K2 (to say it is somewhat steep is an understatement). Nimble young folks and families could do it but it was a great strain for older folks like me despite the fact that the friendly staff were happy to carry my bags upstairs. Secondly, the internet there must be run by evil spirits - you would get connected and the internet would fade and disconnect, or refuse to connect repeatedly. There are many other alternative internet options (different routers for different floors) however you would get the same bad internet experience over and over again. Whilst there is no great internet even in Manila, at the end of the day the internet here was a very frustrating experience and a great difficulty if you absolutely required it (which is most of us). The rooms were so so and came with air conditioning and were about right for a budget stay.

The condo hotel has a great location near shopping & business district. The condotel itself is old and tired looking. The room was basic, clean, functional but the towels were old & worn. Thankfully the AC & fridge worked well. As in all hotels I’ve been too in the Philippines, the staff was courteous, friendly & helpful. There’s visible security staff always present at the small lobby which I thought was unusual for a no frills condotel. Overall, I would recommend Princess Plaza as a good value if you’re looking for a no-frills, functional room close to the shopping centers.

Big thanks to the team at The Sphere for making my stay super comfortable and flawless. I stayed for 5 nights together with my colleagues for a conference in the same venue. Front desk was very responsive and helpful with the ton of questions that I had. I also booked a massage at the hotel and it was awesome! Special thanks to Karylle, one of their account managers, and Edmar, from the maintenance staff who helped us during our conference. They are super helpful and responsive to our requests.

Liked this hotel from the get go. FD staff very professional in approach. Security detail looks very serious. Lobby nicely decorated but quaint and not that expensive. My one bedroom executive was just one needed for an extra space. Liked the amenities from the kitchen to the toiletries. Bidet , bathtub and dispenser for shampoo and body wash , and everything else. Swimming pool and a fitness centre. Now for my constructive criticism. The suite doesnt seem to cool enough. Is it because its somewhat dated compared to Somerset Central Grand which is the latest ASR to open. Location is walkable but can strenous going to Salcedo market and Greenbelt area considering the smothering heat. Anyways there is Grab. Wifi looks fast but gets errratic several times. Breakfast at Abuela , gives an experience expected of a 3-4 star hotels. A buffet of starters , then pick one dish from s select menu.

The location is really good. It is in a commercial place and near to everything like convenient stores, fast food restaurants and small eateries . The room is really clean and the fragrant of the room is really relaxing. The shower room and the toilet are separate. The staff are really accommodating and are always smiling. 5 star!!! Staffs are friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast buffet is good, we enjoyed it! They also gave me free upgrade because we need 1 queen bed instead of having 2 single beds. A Crystal clear swimming pool, jacuzzi is so nice!! Front desk staff who assisted me for check-in and kuya guard sa pool area are so kind, I forgot his name pero we went to the pool around 8am. Thumbs up!!

The unit itself is spacious, and the bed is good for 4 pax. We enjoyed our stay here. However, the room could use more cleaning. There's dust on the floor as well as on the wall. The bathroom doesn't have a bidet, which is ok. But, when we requested a pale and a dipper instead, the caretaker said he was unable to provide them for us since they were used on the other unit. Overall, the stay is good, but a lot of improvement is needed.
