The hotel itself is located in a convenient location and it is very close to the beach. The rooms are clean and the view is amazing! The staff are incredibly friendly and can speak English fluently. They were very helpful providing us with an itinerary of things we could do! Overall a great experience!

Well well well the disaster in bodrum /Gumbet called Bodrum Park (so-called) hotel Was the worst part of my trip there They are like the jail in bodrum with so many ridiculous rules and also no wifi :) Don’t get fool with the pool photo It’s abandoned at night :) and early mornings :)) You will have no wifi at your room You are not allowed to have food at your stay from outside it’s forbidden at rooms and you have to pay extra to the foolish mangers there to be allowed to have food from out side and their own breakfast man itttt sucks :/ They didn’t give me towels and they told me ok if you decided to cancle your stay we won’t give your money back well here is what you need to know just don’t stay there if you wanna try just book for one night which is also not allowed 😄😅OMG they are so undeveloped in any aspect of traveling 😂😂 well if I knew you won’t change my rob won’t clean my room won’t let me eat or swim won’t be even nice I wouldn’t book that stupid dirty boring undeveloped place at allll Please do not spoil your vacation with booking this place

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel from [18 Aug 2024] to [21 Aug 2024]. Unfortunately, this stay was far from what I expected, and several issues severely impacted my overall experience. Firstly, the behavior and attitude of your staff were particularly disappointing. Manager Hilal was very rude behavior, lacking experience, professionalism and unresponsiveness to requests. I want management to investigate on why, she was having such behavior and check if there were room available at 11 AM 18th Aug 2024 for early check in. Manager HILAL was very angry and wanted me to cancel my booking and simply don’t care about guest experience. As a guest, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, which was sadly lacking during my stay. Secondly, I requested one large bed and got disappointed to know that they have all single bed which is joined by room service staff and again same manager HILAL was very rude and telling that joining two single bed is same as one 1 large bed or king size bed. This was unacceptable and not at all in line with the standards I expect from a hotel of your reputation. Moreover, when I brought these issues to the attention of the management, handling of my complaint was inadequate and left me feeling even more frustrated. This experience has unfortunately left a lasting negative impression, and I am considering whether I would stay at or recommend this hotel in the future. I believe that such issues should be addressed promptly to prevent other guests from facing similar dissatisfaction. I would appreciate it if you could investigate these matters and provide an appropriate response. I am also open to discussing how this situation could be rectified. Thank you for your attention to this serious matter. I look forward to your prompt reply.

A hotel with excellent value for money... The sea view room is really good. The balcony is big enough to open the party, bigger than the room. The bed is big and comfortable. The bathroom bathroom will definitely give you a little surprise. The manager who prepares the breakfast (maybe the boss) is warm and lovely, the breakfast is not bad... The hotel location is everywhere Very convenient 👍🏻 Very close to the bus terminal However, we must remind you that there is a primary school next to the hotel, and there is an activity park for the children in front of the hotel. So if it's not a holiday time... Friends who don't like the noisy children should consider this. Friends who like children are expected to enjoy the laughter of children like me. In general, I would definitely recommend this hotel's sea view room... If you have the chance to come back here, you will choose here.

Ter temiz başkaca söze gerek yok. Ben odayi görünce müdür Soner beye hemen teşekküre gittim. Ailemle burada çok mutluyuz, çünkü ilk gün den yorum yapıyorum. Buraya gelmek isteyenler tereddüt etmeden gelebilir. Yeterli miktarda temiz mutfak eşyası mecvut, tanitim resimlerinde görünenin aynısı hatta canlı görünüm daha güzel. Bodrum da tatil benim için Maison 48. Seneye yine geleceğim inşallah şimdiden plan yapmaya başladım. Daha fazla foto eklerdim ama bizim eşyalarımız var.

I recently stayed at this hotel for one week with my partner, the waiters behind the bar and serving the food/drinks could not be nicer, they always have a smile on their face and could not do enough for you. The cleaners were also absolutely fantastic and cleaned our room daily to a very high standard. Our room was a good size however, it had single glazed windows so we would be woken up every morning by the parrot outside our window and kept up until midnight by the music - however, if you’re out late this would not be a problem (or an early morning person!). Going forward, I would recommend keeping the parrot in reception until after breakfast, as this will allow your customers to have a lie in. We had breakfast included in our stay, which the staff made so much effort to make it great, the lady cooking omelettes and eggs was amazing however, it did lack English options and sometimes there was no brown bread available. We are aware this is a 3 star hotel, however, the reception staff are very rude, unhygienic and unhelpful! The younger lady on reception is not very approachable, every time I asked her a question she was very snappy. As soon as we walked into the hotel, there was a potent smell of body oder which I can only say it must come from one of the reception staff members - which probably isn’t the best first impression when walking into a hotel - Everytime we walked through reception to get out of the hotel, you could not helped being smacked in the face by the bad smell of BO. Nonetheless, this can be helped - my boyfriend became extremely ill during our stay here, after researching about it, its described as “turkey tummy”. Luckily, he managed to get over it after 24 hours and the cleaner was fantastic as she checked up on him a few times. However, the reception staff could not be less interested. I asked if they could give me directions to a pharmacy that was open (as it was a Sunday) and the male staff member wrote down the name of a pharmacy on a piece of paper which was a 15 minute walk - I asked if he could put this in my maps and he said “ask around”. I found this extremely unhelpful, and left me asking 6 different people directions - this took me 50 minutes in the red hot heat. Adding to this, we requested late check out and paid €30 extra for us to check out at 6pm as we were not getting picked up until 7pm, at 17:58. The phone was ringing and someone was at our hotel room door knocking to ask if we were ready - the same rude reception staff. The wifi only works in the bar and not in our room, so if you have 3G abroad this would not be a problem therefore, I would not recommend this hotel if you are working remote or do not have 3G abroad. If you would like a fairly average hotel, then this I would recommended this place, however I do not think we will be returning!
