Perfect
GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at this apartment in central Beijing. The host was incredibly responsive—even replying at 5 AM—and was always quick to resolve any issues or provide anything we needed. Their attentiveness really made a difference.
The apartment itself was very spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. It also offered a beautiful view, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Excellent
MMishDishBishGreat service!! They even assisted me with making reservations for two local Michelin restaurants weeks before I even arrived! I was able to communicate with them via the Trip app. I was also able to communicate with them via WeChat as well (a must use app when in China).
The staff are helpful and polite. They upgraded our room as well! The heating was so warm and toasty in the cold end of November weather. Every time we returned to the hotel we were greeted with a warm room. Since the room was so warm our wet laundered clothes dried overnight. For example, when I did the laundry at midnight and hung them up on the rack, the clothes would be dried by 8am in the morning. The shower actually had very hot water!
The hotel let us store our luggage with them for a few hours after check out which was kind of them. I would suggest providing a few more water bottles to guests each day as the bottles were small and not enough for two adults for their daily water intake.
The neighbourhood is very charming, quietly placed in a hutong (traditional alleyway) but not too far from the main road. There are a few cafe and bars next door. On the mainstreet are lots of food options and there seems to be a trendy retail and dining precinct nearby called Longfu. The Dongsi metro station is also very close by and an easy flat stroll to the hotel. If you have heavy luggage, I recommend using the F exit, but there are a few steps along the way where you will need to lift your luggage. It is definitely not the most luggage or wheelchair friendly station. Thank you to the hotel and the city of Beijing!

GGuest UserThe location is super convenient, right on a pedestrian street. Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City are within walking distance.
**Facilities:** This was the best part. No waiting for elevators – they were almost always instantaneous during our stay, which was fantastic. The fridge in the kitchen kept things perfectly cold, so we always had ice water ready when we returned. The washing machine and microwave also met all our family's needs. We'll definitely stay here again next time!
**Environment:** The room was spotlessly clean, and the common areas were well-maintained. This hotel-style apartment offers great value for money.
**Service:** Check-in was smooth, and all the lobby staff were very welcoming, especially the doorman who would open the door for us as soon as he saw us approaching. The cleaning staff were also excellent; they kept us well-supplied with water and tissues and even provided a clothes drying rack, which was very helpful. The front desk was great too; I forgot to pick up our coffee vouchers, and they called me several times to remind me, which allowed us to get free burgers from their restaurant – they were delicious! The coffee, however, wasn't so great, haha.
**Note:** A few of the electrical outlets in the room were faulty and couldn't charge devices. I hope these can be repaired promptly.
Overall, we'll definitely be back!

Zzqshining1. We stayed here during the Spring Festival. Two families booked a two-bedroom apartment, and on New Year's Eve, we gathered in the living room to watch the Spring Festival Gala and play games, which the kids absolutely loved.
2. Getting a taxi to and from the city center was convenient, and there's a Siji Minfu restaurant right across the street.
3. Breakfast could be ordered as takeout, and there were plenty of options.
4. Although the apartment building is a bit older, it's well-maintained overall.
5. Having a kitchen, washing machine, refrigerator, and microwave made our stay incredibly convenient.

Very Good
AAnonymous UserWhat a pleasant surprise! Every detail in the room made us feel incredibly comfortable. My son especially loved the setup of the lounge area; the wall art and lighting were perfectly matched, creating a stylish ambiance. The kitchen was an absolute bonus, fully equipped with a Siemens dishwasher and washing machine, and all the dishes and pots were neatly organized. Traveling with a child, I didn't have to worry about a thing – it was so convenient to prepare baby food or warm up meals for him. It truly felt like home. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Beijing!
XXingzoudeyun~The room is spacious and bright, with a large window that has a great view. It feels like you are looking far away from a high place, and you feel happy immediately. I like the vases and paintings of different styles in the room, which make the room lively and feel like you are at home. The hotel service is also very good
MMiaoqiEver since Stey (Beijing Wangjing 798 store) closed due to business adjustments, Stey Sanlitun has become my top choice for every business trip to Beijing. It's also great for me since I'm not a breakfast person. The hotel's policy of providing cleaning services every three days is something I personally appreciate, as it encourages me to keep the room tidy. The reception staff here often upgrades my room, and about 50% of the guests are foreigners, so you often find them working and socializing in the co-working space. This place not only offers a Nordic-style living environment but also opens up a world of social opportunities for business travelers. My only request is for better internet speed.

GGuest UserHuge thanks to the owner! Even though he was injured, he personally came to pick us up, which we really appreciated. We were also very touched. When it was time to leave, we didn't have enough time to eat, but the owner told us to take our time and finish our meal before heading out. We're very grateful!
GGuest UserIt was not very clean when I first arrived. The bed looked like it had not been changed. I had it changed after one night because I was allergic to it. After that, there was no problem. So if you want to go, first check if the sheets and quilt covers need to be changed. The house is clean, but the sewer in the bathroom is not well done and it smells very bad. It's not the smell of a dirty place, but the sewer pipe stinks and it spreads to the living room. You need to open the window and turn on the air conditioner for ventilation every day, and keep the bathroom door closed. There will be no problem. It can cure those who like to squat on the toilet, hahaha

GGuest UserThe bedding in the room was very clean and hygienic, with a light fragrance. The bathroom, shower, and stove were also spotless. I always stay at Yuhong Home on business trips. The price is affordable, the accommodation is cozy, and I can even cook and boil water. It's also very convenient for subways and buses. It's trustworthy and highly recommended. I'll definitely stay again!
