Step 1: Check Your Membership Level
Log in to your Trip.com account on your mobile device you can find your membership level. Platimum membership level can get 1 free access to Trip.com VIP Lounge, Diamond can get 2 free access, Diamond+ can get 3 free access to Trip.com VIP Lounge.
Step 2: Unlock Trip.com VIP Lounge Access with 3+ Booking
Your Trip.com membership tier is based on the number of valid bookings made within the past 12 months. Here are the requirements for the number of bookings needed:

Step 3: Guide for Using Trip.com VIP Lounge Access
- VIP lounge access is available only if there is an eligible lounge at your departure airport when booking flights on Trip.com.
- This benefit will be forfeited if the flight is canceled and must be redeemed by 23:59:59 the day before departure.
- To use this benefit, you will receive a QR code for lounge entry.
- VIP lounge access cannot be applied to Flight + Hotel packages and is available exclusively through the Trip.com app or mobile website.
