Anything I could think of writing to review this special place will be less than what you will experience in person. The location oozes with history and care for details, as the way it is set up makes it obvious that they want to guests to relax, feel taken care of, and get a real dose of French Southern hospitality and culture. The rooms are renovated and have enough modernity as to not feel overdone. The beds are luxurious in confort, and the amenities in the bathroom are specific to Provence. The gastronomic choice is perfect: upscale upstairs, down a tone on the terrace, but the cooking is full of flavors, inventive, varied, exciting. There is plenty to do around there, from a hike to the medieval village, to a visit to Circuit Paul Ricard, or just relaxing by the pool. And what makes Mas de Brulat unforgettable is how they managed to select and maintain a staff that seem to have a major thing in common: straight-from-the-heart care and attention to every guest, to the level of treating them like family. That gives this apartment the unique mixture of bourgeoisie flavor and vineyard taste with high ceiling rooms in the sleeping area and visible wooden supports in the living area. The majestic fireplace and the integrated library give the living room, partially dug into the rock, its final cozy touch.The fully equipped kitchen is built in Provence style and overlooks the terrace. The luminous veranda overlooks the terrace and the vineyards.On the ground floor we further find a large double bed room with the main bathroom including a bath, a shower and a Wc, completely renovated, giving birth to a beautiful stonewall as in ancient times. Near the kitchen we have a shower room with the washing machine. On the first floor we have another double bed room and two further rooms with each two single beds, as well as a second Wc.The terrace itself has a surface of approx. 60 sqm and lies to a large extend in the shade of a 100-year-old plane-tree, with a nice panoramic view on the vineyards. In former times it served as a storage place for the Mas. Together with an architect, we gave it a new destiny. Today we present Panisse as a very charming, comfortably furnished and well-equipped space with a private terrace protected by a Provençal pergola.The fully equipped open kitchen has been elegantly integrated into the living room. The wooden structure of the roof has been kept visible just like the stone build wall. Every square cm of surface has been preciously planned in order to optimize the comfort of our holiday makers. In the living room, you benefit from a large and comfortable sofa-bed. The children’s room next door is equipped with two bunk beds. A shower room and separate Wc complete the setting.Opening the large window panes first thing in the morning will offer you a great view on the swimming pool.
