Great location and friendly staff. Booking through trip.com made it a simple process. The “room with a view” turned out to be a view of the people queuing up for a group tour all throughout the day just outside... Gotta use the curtains for privacy, and for keeping the heat in. Breakfast is very subpar, however. The only decent restaurant available during my stay (Chinese New Year) was the KFC.

This may be the best hotel in Huayin City. The room is nice. The front desk lady has a sweet smile and a friendly attitude. She showed me the delicious and fun places in Huayin City. She also upgraded me to a superior king-size bed room for free. There is a guest room with a return tour route. There is a large supermarket downstairs. There are also many restaurants near the hotel. The hotel is located in the center of Huayin City and is not far from anywhere. In addition to these, I need to thank the hotel a little bit! Because of my planning error, the time of going down the mountain from north to west was later than expected, and I might not catch up with the high-speed train returning at night. When I asked the hotel for help, the hotel responded positively and helped. The hotel arranged a driver to take my stored luggage to the tourist center, so that I could get off the bus and take a car directly to the high-speed rail station. Finally, I caught up with the return high-speed rail. I believe that if it weren't for the help of the hotel, it would be difficult for me to catch this high-speed train. Thank you again!

Convenient Services The hotel offers convenient pick-up services from the station and the starting point of the hike, making logistics a breeze. Outstanding Hospitality Despite my late arrival, Nini showcased extraordinary hospitality. She prepared delicious food and ensured I felt welcome and comfortable. Effective Communication Communication was smooth throughout my stay. We used translation apps when necessary, which worked perfectly to overcome any language barriers. Highly Recommended I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to climb Mount Huashan. The convenient location, helpful staff, and excellent service make it an ideal choice for visitors to the area. Gomo Hotel truly enhanced my Mount Huashan experience, and I'm grateful for their support in making my trip memorable.

Really glad booked this hotel — the room is very clean and spacious. Located inside of a holiday compound, facing a beautiful looking lake. It sets back from the main road so it is very quiet in the night. Free shuttle service to the train station and the Hua mountain tourist centre. Will stay again next time.

The rooms are clean and clean, the lobby is elegant, the front desk service is warm, the small cakes provided are very fresh, and the children are given small gifts when they check out. I forgot to bring the makeup remover oil. The front desk also specially called to remind me that there are many small things in the treasure chest. I will come to live next time I return to Huayin. The hotel is full of martial arts style design from inside to outside. I like it. I chose to stay here for this reason. The hotel is clean, chivalrous and elegant. The hotel provides free pick-up service, haha. The hotel has a restaurant that can meet three meals a day, as well as a tea room, and a store and supermarket with Huashan themed products and food, which is very convenient.

The hotel's location is very close to the Hua Shan tourist center and is a convenient place to stay. The hotel staff drove me to the tourist center in the morning and back to the hotel in the afternoon once I finished hiking. The room was very clean, with snacks and drinks (including bottles of water) for sale in the lobby downstairs. The hotel also has an extensive food menu for breakfast, lunch, or dinner to order from. The hotel staff also drove me to the train station when I left, and they were very understanding and helpful with my questions.

Huashan is very beautiful, and the cabins are also beautiful. It's a pity that I didn't take photos when I came back late. The camp is just opposite the visitor center, and you can walk up the mountain in five minutes. The camp is mainly RVs, with single-family villas and townhouses. Be sure to book in advance because the rooms are very popular, including breakfast. Hygiene: The cabins are very clean and tidy. The sheets are all new, and there are no water stains on the floor and bathroom. There are green belts in front and behind, and each building is far apart. Service: Satisfied. When we went down the mountain, it snowed, and the front desk butler asked us about our return time. He helped to turn on the air conditioner and heater in advance. The hot water is the best among the hotels I have stayed in this time. The water is large and hot to dissipate the cold. Facilities: The camp is operated by Hualu Group, and the butlers are of high quality. Luggage is delivered to the room by car, the air conditioner is turned on in advance, and an umbrella is provided when it rains. Free parking is provided. I will book this hotel next time I have the opportunity to go to Huashan.

There is a free pick-up and drop-off station, and you can also pick up and drop off at scenic spots for free. The service is very good. When we were picked up at the station, the car just left (a five-seater private car picked us up back and forth), and we were asked to take a taxi to the hotel to reimburse the fare. The front desk answered all questions and the service was great. The facilities are average, guest house standards, but fortunately it's quite clean.
