Hotel Xauen

The room was very small and the size of the beds was little more, very small. The air conditioning right above the bed with what if you turn it on is full and you can't be and if you turn it off makes horrible heat and you can't be! :( It has no sad cold in which you can put water to refresh
Hotel Condestable Iranzo

There is an underground parking lot, with a steep slope. The hotel room is not small, and the location is very good. There is a cafe across the road, where you can have breakfast. You can walk to the cathedral and the hotel within 10 minutes.
Ho Ciudad de Jaén

Convenient location, great rooms, easy and free on site parking but : 9:45 and no more bread. See pictures of the fantastic selection. Breakfast finishes at 11. No manager on site. Nobody replacing him/her, so : nobody to complain to (except Tripadvisor). Lady at reception said they would bring bread down to the breakfast room but of course they never did (she just wanted me to get out of her face, I guess). Swimming pool closed. Tea but no coffee in the room. I was told If you want coffee you have to order it by calling room service. When you call room service, nobody picks up because there is only one person in charge at that time of the morning and that person is busy doing other things. Breakfast buffet has instant coffee sachets so why not put two in the room ? I asked them in the evening to put an Icepack in the freezer for me because I needed it to take care of a muscle injury in the morning. They gave it back to me at room temperature. NOT 4 star service. Who is in charge here ? Round up your staff and speak to them !
Parador de Jaen

Poor service throughout! Most disappointing. We requested a double bed, the room had 2 singles. We asked for them to be put together, impossible! We asked for tea/ coffee facilities in the room , impossible. We asked to have our light lunch on the patio, impossible. The swimming pool area has zero service, no tea, coffee, drinks etc. The pool area is poorly maintained. You have to ask for a code at reception to use the ground floor toilet. These people have zero concept of ”service”
Infanta Cristina

The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and the staff are very helpful. Located a little away from the center, it gives you quiet and easy parking around
Hotel Europa
3.8/538 Reviews
The hotel Europa has very clean rooms with air conditioning and flat-screen TV. There was nothing to make at the cleanness of the sanitation facilities. It was all very clean. Care products were also available. The bed was also very clean. Rooms can only be entered with one key card and are therefore very safe. The staff was very nice and friendly; however, only a few staff speak English. 24Stunden Reception. Credit card payment is also possible. There are even two computers available for guests. The hotel is fitted to disabled people as a seat is available. A further rampe for wheelchair drivers is located in front of the hotel. Parking is not available. But you can stop your car in the nearby parking house. The parking house has opened around the clock. The hotel is very central. Attractions, museums, churches, restaurants and cafes can be reached on foot. Public transport is also in the immediate vicinity. Unfortunately there were also a few shortcomings at this hotel. The bed in the room was a little too short for my body size of 196 cm. There were also technical problems with air conditioning. At the running band the air conditioning fell off. The staff could not solve this problem either. Very disappointed I was about breakfast. I had booked the hotel with breakfast. At the hotel I was then informed that there is breakfast only at 7.30. It was unfortunately too late for me. At my request, the staff were not able to offer breakfast already at 6.30. There was only a cup of coffee. That's very disappointing because I had to leave early.
