The view is good, but the facility is outdated and needs renovation, and dining reservations are closed, so we couldn't have a good meal.

Los elevadores no sirven, hay zonas en que se dificulta caminar, las habitaciones no funciona bien el aire acondicionado, el transporte llamado train que sube al restaurante principal casi siempre tiene uno de los dos trenes parado y el otro cada rato se descompone. La alberca no tiene escalera para los adultos, la comida bastante escasa y no como anteriormente. Los snacks se escasean todo el tiempo casi nunca los hay. La calidad de las bebidas ha bajado mucho.

Excelente servicio y atención de todos. Porfa regresén a Toñito a los desayunos. En el italiano Alejandro y Luis super atentos. Ignacio porfa pasenlo al bar de playa las mejores bebidas. Yamile una persona super amable en reservaciones. Acapulco un destino de park Royal que va compitiendo por ser el mejor.

When I did my check out with my family, they took away our bracelets that allowed us to get around the place. And we wait for 4 hour for our ride with being able to get any drinks due to them taking our bracelets.

No gusto: que tuvimos la mala suerte de que está en mantenimiento el funicular. Y que no cuente con estacionamiento gratuito.

Un muy mal servicio por parte de personal. El unico lugar donde eran amables y atentos fue en lo bares, en todo lo demas mal.
La habitacion olia mal y a la entrada hacian falta toallas y sillas que se tuvieron que pedir por aparte.

La ubicacion es buen y privada, el mar muy tranquilo en la zona donde esta ubicado, muy pocos camastros, los restaurantes son pequeños, las instalaciones son viejas, personal que atiende muy amable, algo muy negativo son las personas que te quieren vender el programa del hotel cae en lo desesperante (entiendo su labor de venta), en calidad precio es malo, no regresaria a ese hotel, tenia altas expectitivas y fue una gran decepcion.
