The Concierge Manager, Dennis, was just awesome. Kind, supportive and hardworking. Spacious suite, beautiful aesthetics, kind and respectful staff — always willing to help out. Close to the major actions in the city. Great for business and family stays.

10/10 will be my primary spot in ghana going forward. staff is very caring, they get the job done. i’ll definitely recommend it to others as well. feels like more than a hotel and more of a short stay due to the kitchen, living room, pictures and general vibe.

Really nice. Staff were cool and supportive. The area in accra is serene with a lot of great neighbourhood around. The hotel has everything you need and you could literally just stay indoors and everything could be made available to you at your doorstep.

Stayed at this great hotel. The room was nice and felt at home. The facilities were great especially the gym. Enjoyed the breakfast and the atmosphere of the restaurant on the rooftop. The staffs are friendly and accommodating. However, in 1 room there was problem with the electricity sometimes.

Impeccable luxury boutique , exceptional staff beautifully appointed furnishings . The staff or exceptionally professional, and attentive to every need!. I was blown away this is the epitome of modern Ghana!. haven’t traveled all over the world and expect a level of refinement. This hotel is Certainly, my new home every time I visit Accra actually sad to believe to go back to New York!

The service was fast and amazing. The rooms were clean and up to high standards, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend the hotel to friends and family my experience was beyond amazing thank you for your amazing service

Staff was super supportive and friendly. They go beyond the call of duty to make your stay comfortable. the location is great, secure and easily accessible. However, the street front of the facility could do with more lighting. I passed the hotel a few times in a taxi before I realized where it was. The unit was very clean and well maintained

Everything is perfect except the tap is faulty, telephone is not working, the wifi is working. The bed is too soft. Do not disturb, yet the housekeeping Rep went inside, I like the team work of the staffs and the water provided in the room should be increased,

The bed is neatly dressed every morning. Everything was in order. Pipe was flowing 24/7. Serene living environment. Excellent cuisines. Beautiful paintings on the walls. Super duper pool. Well resourced gymn. Lovely hotel staff. Elevators in working state.
